This hotel had a water park which brought families with children. Our room was on the 3rd floor of 4 floors. The family in the room above us brought their dog along with having children. They left the dog in the room during the day while they were out. The dog barked at every sound while they were going. When there they played with the dog with some kind of toy they would throw. It was extremely noisy listening to the dog jumping off the bed and running to get the toy along with the kids squealing. I would recommend that families with dogs stay on the bottom floors so others don’t have to listen to the noise.

the room itself was fine, no different or better than any other hotel room. it was more expensive than most other comparable rooms and i thought the cost increase would be justified by the "water park", we chose this hotel because of said water park as we had a 10 year old with us that loves to swim! unfortunately the water park was a joke, 2 slides and toddler pool, no regular pool for adults at all so just really not family friendly at all. we werent expecting 6 flags water park obviosly but what they had wasnt worth the extra money, we definatly would have preferred just a regular pool for all. lesson learned.

We were going away for our 27th anniversary. My husband picked the hotel so we could use the pool and hot tub. We knew there were slides the but didn't realize families would spend the day there rather than go off. No chance to "relax" in the pool or the hot tub. Loud kids running above us at night but before quiet hours and in the AM as well. Others wise staff, room and breakfast all extremely wonderful. Karen Hunter

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was included had a great selection and was delicious. The water park in the pool area was a great attraction for my grandchildren. I will definitely book here again and highly recommend it.

We have stayed here numerous times and we always love it here. The facilities, including the water area for kids is excellent. The breakfast is one of the best inconsistent that we’ve had at hotels with our family.

Hampton Inn suites up in North Conway is one of the best kid friendly family hotels. The water park indoors is heated very comfortable no chill when getting out of the water family friendly kid friendly and just simply overall amazing comfortable experience. The service is great. People are friendly. Staff is helpful and the area that it’s in has all the needs around you and all the necessities store shopping places food you name it. It’s the best spot in North Conway for a family trip.

Excellent place to stay. Staff make you feel like you are family. Nice breakfast, e erything is fresh and both the food area and the dining area are very clean and well kept.

My kids had fun at the toddler side of the water park. Unfortunate it was by appt only basically. The entire hotel seemed dirty when you really looked around. Bathrooms in the pool were not cleaned the entire time we were there. I know because we dropped a tiny toy inside the mats and it remained there the entirety which isnt ideal.
