I was visiting family in Pahrump for one night. I stayed in las vegas for 4 days. Holiday inn was a superior experience.

Stayed on 3/19/24, Very nice hotel and good location for our trip to Death Valley. After checking in and getting settled for the evening the guest who checked into the room above us had children that were running and jumping around the room which made for a rough start for my wife and I. After talking with the front desk the lady on staff, Dawn was really great in dealing with the rowdy kids and after a few minutes had the family moved to another room which made for a good nights sleep.

The front desk clerk was not kind at all. No smile & way of talking was like a instructor to her student. After I paid room charge I asked receipt, but she said she can't give me because resevation was thru Expedia. The worst thing was that I reserved 2 rooms 8 days before travel for family, but one room was at the end of corridor & the other room was at the other end of the building. She didn't explaine why, and just that's it. This was my worst experience of resevation of hotel thru Expedia.

I booked through Hotels.com and provided my card at check-in. It said approved on the keypad but was denying in the computer system. I told the employee I would go get another card and she said not to worry, she would make a note about it. Two hours later a couple walks into our room… they had just been checked in. We referred them back to the front desk. The same employee that checked us in came and asked when we had checked in and under what name. She said she’d sort it out. At 9pm, after the kids were already sleeping, they called and said the card was still declining and I needed to bring another one down. I went down

Hotel was good. Nice pool and room for a family of 5. Glad they let us have pets. Check in was ok. The lady wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was good!
