Best Western Pahrump Oasis

It was not a good stay at all. Pool was filthy and after a 10 hour drive and 106° weather me and the kids were looking forward to swimming. It was almost green! Beds were super hard and one was lumpy. The next day for breakfast they were working in the breakfast area REALLY LOUD with a louder grinder and torches trying to put their micro brewery together and it smelled of burnt medal while I was trying to eat couldn't even hear eachother talk across the table!

Very comfortable stay. Perfect stay option for friends and family visiting Death Valley. Located 1 hr from furnace creek visitor center of the Death Valley National park. A North Indian restaurant “Pourhouse” is located within the best western complex. This is a good place for dinner.

This place is not for a family stay. My wife’s first impression was we are staying in car wash. This place absolutely not a hotel but most likely motel converted. Don’t be fool by the picture they are not what you see in reality. I would rate this as a clean Motel but definitely it is not a hotel.

The air conditioning unit was so noisy that it kept me up all night. We had to call the front desk 5 times to have the upstairs have their kids stop jumping up and down. Parent have NO consideration anymore!!!!! This was a terrible stay. We used to stay here once a month, but not anymore. I'll stay elsewhere!!!!!!!

The hotel was completely booked during a stay with extended family, but the rooms were soundproof enough that you wouldn’t have known so many people were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful and kept well stocked. The restaurant has two menus and kitchens too. The staff at the restaurant was very patient with our large group.

The carpet was disgusting. Had my grandkids visit and they took their shoes off. Bad idea. Their feet were black from the carpet! Horrible.

Great check-in. Staff was very friendly and knew the area well. Rooms have external entrances so parking was conveniently in front of our room. First impressions of the room were: Smell - smells like a casino, meaning that old smell a room has when it is literally just old and cigarette smoke. Not overpowering but it was there. Space - tons of space in the King Suite. There was a full kitchen, small dining table and pull-out sofa bed in the living room then a seperate bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom with a tub/shower and 2 sinks. Cleanliness - this is where the room really lost marks. The carpet needed replaced about 20 years ago. We have 2 small kids that ran around barefoot and their feet were black after a short time. The furniture was beat up, not super bad but bad enough I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. There were stains and visible signs of food that was spilled, not cleaned up properly and now was mashed into the fibers so as to become a permanent part of the furniture. The fridge has purple juice stains on top of it. The bed sheets had hairs in it when I pulled the covers back. There was attempt at a remodel at one point, clearly by the lowest bidder. Shelving in the kitchen was shoddy, bathroom light fixture was crooked enough it looked like it survived an earthquake. Two of the lamps didn't work. Other Ammenities - did not visit the pool, casino or restaurant so I can't speak to those. Overall - I would not recommend nor visit again.
