Actually never made it there. I accidentally booked a non-refundable room at the Encore. We had a very serious family emergency and couldn't go. I'm a Platinum Hotels.com member, I stay at the Wynn/Encore many times a year for work, and I'm an indirect vendor of theirs with warehouses in LV. Not only would then not refund (which I was ok with) they wouldn't allow me to change the dates to 2-3 weeks down the road. They then came back and said, "if you give us a dr's note then we will consider it". Sorry, but Im not in 4th grade. I travel there for work all the time. It would have cost them nothing to allow me to move my dates. There are just too many options to stay, eat, shop and go to shows in LV (let alone gamble). I guess they just don't care anymore. I saw The Fountainbleau has a gorgeous new Spa....

One of the best hotels to stay on the strip. We visited all the hotels and found the Wynn the most safe to be in. The amazing show was top quality and of very high standards. We were travelling with teenagers and they had a good time too with the advices provided by the concierge staff of the hotel. Our view was exceptional too as we could experience the imagery show going on outside in the brand new convention centre( yet to have an official opening). All in all a fantastic holiday for the family

Paid $70 for a room upgrade but did not get any sleep at all as the music from the clubs downstairs was way too loud and was shaking our room even though we were on the 52nd floor. I would not recommend for business and/or family travel. Not peaceful or quiet at all.

Hotel was top notch with a major caveat. We were there in part for pool time, but the adult pools at BOTH Wynn and Encore were closed most days for private parties. Even more frustrating than the hotel just looking to rent out the pools to make more money (at the expense of their paying guests), those pools were empty almost the entire day each day, but use was still forbidden. If you are going to Vegas in part to relax by the pools, and you don't like lying out in crowded conditions surrounded by crying kids, stay at a different hotel!

The casino, rooms and facilities were tremendously beautiful, clean and luxurious. It's great that the property has a 21 and over pool. I had been looking forward to using the pool without any children around but was disappointed to find that it was closed the whole time I was there and the remainder of the season. I also found the lack of proper dress code in the casino and pool areas (cut off jeans, sweat pants, etc) did not quite make this the upscale resort I was expecting. I also don't want to see guests in their robes and swimsuits walking through the casino.

The most beautiful property in Las Vegas. You can see and feel the quality throughout. Gets so busy that it can be difficult to find place to eat, lines for diner were not cool. Good to be popular but wish there would be more options to eat, especially with kids.

We love Encore’s rooms and staff. Our family booked rooms as we attended our grandson’s high school graduation in Las Vegas. Last July our daughter and son in law gifted me and their dad two nights at the Encore for my birthday

The food by the pool was overpriced and terrible....the service was horrific. Had to wait HOURS to get your food. while we were there, a 4 y/o boy drowned in the pool while lifeguards were on duty and the hotel acted like it was another day at work. They did not accommodate family or the guest/doctor who saved the child's life.
