So it has 'resort' in the title so we expected a resort fee. However, we thought that resort fee would cover the pool and activities. Nope. Here is a quote from an email "Please know our resort fee does not include access to the pool and is intended for additional services such as the Wi-Fi, Chromecast capabilities, phone calls, and offers discounts to the Spa and Pool area with the bookings of reserved seating and cabanas." Oh and the family pools are only open on the weekend but only 9am to 6pm.

This was by far a great experience! Once we arrive we parked in the parking deck which was very big oversized and straight forward as far as parking goes. From there we entered the hotel which is a resort so we actually did get just a lil turned around trying to find the Hilton and ended up at the Conrad which they were very nice to show us where the Hilton was actually located. Upon arrival to the Hilton I went to the counter to check in where I was welcomed most graciously, which I was told that my original room there was no rooms left. But the Hotel already knew that in advance and they gave an upgrade to an even better room which was located on the 58th floor the gentleman at the counter apologized for the inconvenience saw that I was a VIP Member and wanted to make it right. Once in the room everything was up to par as far as comfortably, space, bathroom. The room was very clean, bed made very well, sheets and linens were pristine. The bathroom was very inviting, the only thing in the bathroom that I wish they had was possibly double sinks and robes. The view was out of this world from the 58th floor, were I could literally look down at the pool and see my family.

Great stay. Amenities up to par. For a large hotel/casino, very easy to navigate inside. Lots of machines. Table games lacking due to lack of people there playing. Quieter than most. Good for a family though. Ordering food by kiosk was fun and convenient in the food market. Lots of pools well maintained was a plus. The room at the hilton had to squeeze a table and chair in that didn't really fit the small room. Bathroom door only opened halfway. Both seemed like design flaws. Overall good comfortable stay.

The property, reception, casino, restaurants and room were very nice. The room felt comfortable and for the most part was clean. We loved the Byredo products for use in the bathroom. Location felt safer for family because it is a little off the main strip area. Convenient dining was pretty good.
Hallways and elevator in the Conrad hotel room area were stuffy and smelled like stale smoke, the hallway carpets also needed vacuuming. While our room was fairly clean, it appeared that the carpet had not been adequately vacuumed prior to our arrival or at any point during our three night stay. It also appeared that the vanity in the bathroom may have been broken as the bare pipe was exposed, and this did not appear to be an aesthetic choice.
Even with those couple cons, I would still recommend this hotel and stay there again.
We did not park or use the pool so I cannot comment on those.

Very clean. Customer service average except check in person, Zack, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. No conciere. Unable to reach anyone with questions. We were told we could take Tesla to convention center daily for our events. Not working. Had to walk to the next hotel to get a Lyft. Very inconvenient. Expensive, food was average. Not kid friendly. Will not stay again.

Got to resort to check in and took us over an 1 just to check in annoying but no big deal we were looking forward to it . We got to our room and literally just dropped out of bags and left as we had a lot planned for the day but we noticed that our room was not so clean for example crumbs on table and drawer and also water empty water bottles on the floor next to bed and the restroom was ok no horrible but no clean we called in housekeeping while we were gone . At around midnight my wife went back to with my child got ready to for bed and after 20 minutes of her laying down she woke up to feeling a burning sensation on her back and lower back . She called me and I went to room after looking at her back she had bites all over her back around 12 all around same area . I called front desk to report it filled out incident report and I resquested to be moved as I was concerned that room I was put in either had BED BUGS or TIKS or FLEAS . It took them over 1 hours to find us a room . So imagine having to move a child and me and my wife at now 2 am . My wife was in a lot of pain and discomfort from the bites she got while laying in bed . We had to run to Walmart and get some calamine lotion to treat bites . Next day I was contacted by staff to tell me no pest were found in room but couldn’t give me a reasonable explanation why this happened. I resquested a refund and they refused instead issued a food and beverage credit. Was very disappointed in my experience.

Everything was great! 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend, and me and family will stay here again when we come back to Vegas!
