This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was about a year ago. I returned because the price was reasonable and the location is excellent - close to my family that I was visiting. And the entire facility is smoke free - not like the "smoke free hotels" associated with casinos where you have to walk through a smoke filled casino to get to the hotel. The coffee shop has excellent pastries too - the best croissants that I've had outside of France. What was cool this trip is that many of the staff remembered me from my previous visit. To me, that means that they treat their workers right, so they stay. The workers are friendly, helpful, and make visitors feel welcome. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great room/decor which was clean. The location was good and we moved about the city with ease. I love the ability to relax in this awesome setting or even plan larger family events. Perhaps the room previously had a smoker because I could smell stale/old cigarettes.

Good non-casino option for families, with free parking and no resort fee, which is a rarity for Vegas these days.

Great place and comfortable to stay. We stayed as family. We easily walked to the strip and took the deuce bus service to get almost everywhere. The place is clean and the guest service is amazing and the pool is a little relaxing to cool off. Love it. Definately recommend this place to others.

Clean hotel right off the strip. Everything in walking distance. 3 night stay with family. Pool area has cabanas available. Free parking. Gym available with free bottle water. Food court available on the 2nd floor. The last night there we decided to purchase food from the Italian restaurant (Ottimo) ordered $80.00 worth of food (1 order of shrimp scampi) (1 order of spicy crab pasta) both of the dishes we received were terrible. The scampi was watery, the noodles were overcooked and soft, no heavy cream, no seasoning, just 6 big shrimp on top of a bed of soft, no tasting noodles, just awful. The spicy crab black noodles dish was a little more appetizing. But again it wasn't seasoned properly, the noodles were cooked correctly but the marinara sauce was not tasty. Overall almost $40 each for these dishes. Someone in that kitchen needs to be fired. The food was mediocre & I was immediately disgusted upon seeing all that hotdog color water in my shrimp scampi.

Restaurants were decent. No vallet, no bell hop. Small pool. Free breakfast better than most. Rude staff. I booked through hotel.com and the hotel double dipped on the card i left for deposit, currently under dispute. Treated my children and I like peasants and embarassed us in public view over some policy they institued that very day and all the staff werent up to speed. Saving money wasn't worth it in the end. No microwave in the room and the tv service was on the blink, staff claimed they didnt no why...couldnt rent a movie for my kids. Cool cars parked out front as a show piece. Entertainment was decent...see Larry Clark!

Traveling with a couple from Sweden and their baby. Our rooms were excellent, clean and spacious, quiet and the hotel’s free parking was a great bonus. Breakfast was great, would return here again and again.
