Exceptional! Our room (corner view) was clean, excellent view of Vegas, bed was comfy. The lobby was nice. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice, The spa was hot ( the only thing is that there were kids in the spa with inner tubes, which was a liitle annoying when I was trying to relax). Other then that, eveything was good and will stay here again.

JULIE Your morning girl who works from 6 to 2 AM is phenomenal She goes above and beyond her call of duty Julie made our trip rather easy for myself and my family and went beyond what she needed to do to make it a simple visit for grandparents and grandchildren to come together. I would like to give a big thank you to Julie

Great hotel. Parking and getting in and out was easy with the extra baby stuff. Hotel was clean, staff was polite and was able to get hot water in the lobby for a night tea. Breakfast was good. Keep up the great work Hyatt.

I stopped here with my family as a halfway point between UT and CA for 1 night. The hotel seemed brand new and super nice and clean. I completely recommend this hotel as a safe family place that gets you off the strip. Pros: clean, quiet, close to the freeway access, shares parking lot with Bass Pro Shop, beautiful hotel, new, great rooms and bathrooms. Cons: zero grass for pet relief and typical pet fees. Things to Know: this hotel is not on the strip or near any of the Vegas entertainment if that's what you're looking for. This hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere with not much around it. This hotel is more on the way out of town towards CA than in town near the Vegas activities.

Being a former resident of the area, I enjoy the location and accessibility to see friends and family without having to go to the tourist areas to stay.

Checkout is at noon. Five minutes after I returned from breakfast, a strange man bolted inside the room while I was sitting on the toilet and my daughter was lying in bed!!! He mumbled something and then walked out. I got up and ran to the door to look out the peephole. I saw a housekeeper woman leaning against the wall. I opened the door to ask her if she’d seen a man enter our room. She replied in a nonchalant, surly tone “ yea, it was the house manager.” I was livid!! I asked if it was customary to enter a guests room WITHOUT KNOCKING 2 hours prior to checkout. She just stared at me. It was only 10 a.m., checkout was not until noon, the man DID NOT KNOCK, and after walking in on us- he didn’t bother to identify himself or apologize!! I immediate called the front desk to report the issue. They said they’d tell the housekeeping manager, and at checkout I was offered 2 free bottles of water!! :( This clearly was a joke to them. With all of the robberies, sexual assaults, and sex trafficking occurring these days involving hotel stays, Hyatt needs to take the safety of its guest, especially women, much more seriously. I will NEVER stay here again. This incident scared the life out of me, and my daughter, who is expecting a baby, was scared stiff. I expected to hear from management about this with some sort of sincere apology, but nothing …. This was serious!!

Very convenient for a family passing through Vegas that doesn't want to deal with traffic and casino hotels. The hotel itself is very nice, and I'll probably only stay in Hyatt Places for cross country trips going forward.
