Days Inn by Wyndham Winnemucca

This property was great for the kids and I to spend one night. I dont think Id like staying if longer than a night or two. But it was perfect for us passing through. The employees were all extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortble. Breakfast was warm and decent. The outside was a bit rough and it was a bit noisy. But we were more than happy with value for the price!

I arrived and the doors were locked and i called multiple numbers trying to reach them. I was fully aware of the no cancellation policy and it was 1am. I had 2 kids in the car and had been driving for over 7 hours so trust me when i say i tried to get through to them. I clicked on a phone number in my email and it got me through to "days inn reservation line" he gave me a number that was different from the one i had been calling and told me this was the "correct number." When i called it nobody answered again. I had to go right across the street to regency inn where i rang a door bell and an older man came from a private room immediately and i could tell i woke him up. I got a room in 5 mins or less and he even looked at my email with me and told me to dispute the transaction since no services were rendered. He stood there and listened to me call multiple numbers trying to reach days inn. Unacceptable to make it this difficult then turn around and blame me for not calling the "right number" and still trying to charge me for a room i never received. Never again will i go to a days inn. Expedia offered me 25 dollars and when i refused they upped it to 50 towards my next room. Hold days inn accountable or dont partner with them if they do not make this right.

Friendly and accommodating, family run property. Clean, quiet and comfy rooms. Perfect for road trip overnight.

For a quick overnight motel this was surprisingly clean and had a stocked breakfast buffet for the kids. I’d stay again.

Good one night stay with family. Nice office staff. Great breakfast.

For the price we paid it was a good hotel. The young man who checked us in was kind enough to let me grab some milk from the breakfast bar for my kiddo.

We liked the location - close to everything. Very comfortable bed! Clean room. Good continental breakfast but no tables in the lobby to sit so had to take back to our room, which was ok because there was a table and 2 chairs in the room. Didn’t like that there was no elevator but the person who checked us in offered to assist with luggage if we needed. Also didn’t like that the room was very small, but adequate for our stay since we were visiting family during the day and only needed it for sleeping and bathroom facility. Great for an overnight stay!

Room was ok. The bathroom was extremely small and tight to get into. We were on bottom floor and it was very noisy outside our room due to other patrons and families going up and down stairs nearby.
