Best Western Plus North Las Vegas Inn & Suites

Typical Best Western, clean and great staff. Beds could use updating, our mattress creaked. However the room was still nice and spacious, the continental breakfast was excellent, lots of options for kiddos, ours loved the French toast especially. There is $150 deposit, that sometimes people aren’t aware of, so just throwing that out there. We got ours back after a couple days, after checking out.

It was good and okay, but nothing special. The pool was closed and under renovation...not so good as we had grand children who wanted to go swimming.

The room and facility fit our needs perfectly. With three young children under age 5, the two queen beds plus pull-out sofa bed were ideal. The fridge, microwave, and sink in the room were perfect. The building overall appeared to be aging a bit and needed new carpet throughout. One stairwell smelled as though the building may have allowed smoking in the past, and the hot tub was under renovation (which was fine since we wouldn’t have used it anyway). Aside from needing some updates/renovations to make it more aesthetically pleasing, the location and amenities were perfect for us. We were a little skeptical about the proximity to the freeway and train tracks but they weren’t noticeable/noisy from inside the room at all.

Room was in need of repair and deep clean, pool still down since may, front entry door was broken. Not very family freindly when the pool is down

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was so awesome that it didn’t even seem to matter. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Helpful, friendly, courteous, and overall just nice people that you’d want to wake up and talk to every day. The breakfast is the best “continental” breakfast we’ve ever had. It really can’t even be called that since there was eggs and potatoes and pork AND turkey sausage, even biscuits and gravy one morning. And that’s on top of the usual waffle station, toast, fruit and oatmeal packets. They even had a fridge with yogurt and different kinds of milk and whipped cream for your waffles. My mother and son LOVED the coffee/tea/cocoa station in the lobby. This really was the perfect place for us to stay, considering we go to Las Vegas to visit family, and try to stay away from a lot of the riffraff of the strip. Even though the cleanliness and overall feel of the location was very nice, the part that sticks out in our mind more than anything is definitely the staff. Every single person, from the morning, afternoon and evening front desk people, to housekeeping, and definitely to the woman who runs the breakfast area, they were genuinely nice people who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We added an extra evening at the last minute, and they went out of their way to make sure we could stay in the same room. We will be back every time we want to visit family! A

On of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very clean. Felt safe as I was traveling with 2 children. Would stay here again.

We stayed for one night and we enjoyed. Room is spacious, in good condition. Breakfast was delicious and very helpful (gave us energy for our adventures). Hotel is located close to highway and we were a little bit concerned about noise. But surprisingly, we didn't notice a thing. We slept like babies. We highly recommend this hotel.
