The entire stay was great! Cozie and convenient to Fremont Street. Not as busy as other bigger hotels, caters to middle age guests and not too many kids there. The price was great too. The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't get any housekeeping services. We were there for 2 night and didn't get any clean towels or get the beds made. Not a huge issue but it would have been nice.

It was a really well staffed hotel. The front desk was wonderful, specifically Lynn. She was so helpful and accommodating for us. She started our stay off on a high note and it was very appreciated. The bell staff and the valets were so helpful, friendly and efficient. Being able to scan the QR code for your car and it be waiting for you when you get downstairs is clutch! Room was great, bathroom was large with counter space. Shower was weird as it didn’t have a curtain just half a glass wall. Felt like I was getting water everywhere. Elevators were hot and slow and always stop on the 21 floor regardless if someone is there or not. The biggest bummer was the pool. It was as hot as a hot tub. No joke! It was miserable. We couldn’t stay for more than a few minutes and it closes at 6PM!!! I don’t get that at all. The Freedom Beat staff was friendly and efficient. Good food. Get the players card and earn the $13.99 prime rib. I had it both nights and it was delish. Martha, one of the servers on the casino floor was so great! She was friendly, always checking on us, good drinks and just all around awesome vibe. All in all, I loved it and will be back if we come to Vegas again, hopefully without the kids lol.

First time in Vegas since I was a kid. People were super friendly, from check in to restaurant servers and parking attendants. Our room was great.
Would recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

We usually stay here at the Grand, it’s close to everything, walk to Fremont Street which we like better than the strip. Way too many almost naked chicks which is annoying for families and “normal” people!
The room was comfy, clean and perfect for our overnight stay. Walked to a few casinos and the Grand Casino is always fun but small. We enjoy breakfast every time at the restaurant.very good! They held our luggage for us before check-in since we were very early👍

Checked in and got up to the room and it had no working tv and the toilet did not work. The elevator in the parking garage did not work. We traveled with little kids and so a tv was a must even after they offered to change rooms to a working toilet. We chose to cancel our stay. The front desk told me I had to deal with hotels.com about getting my refund but that they would have to charge me the $88 resort fee and I was fine with that because they were willing to work with hotels.com to get my refund. However today I found out that the front desk told hotels.com they were not willing to refund. Very poor customer service and we will not ever be returning there.

It was an overnight stay with family. Check-in person was very nice in helping us get a room that accommodate my sons fear of elevators. He was very professional and efficient without making it an issue.

This was my first time staying at the Downtown Grand and it was a really good experience. Staff was helpful and responsive. Very safe hotel with the casino attached which my family loved. Clean, quiet and it was easy to catch Uber/Lyft as well!

Downtown area was loud and congested. Probably wouldn’t stay here anymore. It was the full Las Vegas experience. Loud and noisy. The rooms are not sound proof. There were homeless, prostitutes and Junkies around the parking lots of the hotels. The staff were nice but in a hurry. The pool was closed. Not a family environment, but great for people who party.

The staff are nothing short of amazing every individual performed above and beyond the normal! Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star
It was 5 Star. Only suggestion: Keep the pool open a little later
Thank you, The Diumenti family
