The property was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only problem for us was when a family with three small kids were put in the room directly above us and they started running around making a lot of noise. The noise lasted until at least 10:30 PM at which point I called the front desk. The front desk apparently took care of the matter quickly because I did not hear anymore noise the rest of the night. I was grateful that they handled it so quickly.

It was clean and comfortable. We had our two fur-babies and were given doggy bags that had bones, etc. Nice touch. (unfortunately our dogs had no teeth).

Rude, inconsiderate, and inexperienced staff at front desk. Wanted me to contact Expedia at 2am for a problem caused by their own front desk staff. Clueless when asked to handle a noise complaint and started calling random rooms and waking them up to find out if the truck making noise outside was theirs... again at 2am. They never did solve that problem either. Also, garbage trucks are super noisy in the morning, and the walls are paper thin. You can hear upstairs, downstairs, toilets flushing, showers running, kids through the walls. Would not recommend staying at again and would rather stay on the noisy LV strip than out at this location -- honestly it would be quieter.

The furniture in the room was filthy. Room #431. Tressa at the front desk was awesome. She sent the manager up the next day to re-clean the room. However the problem was the furniture. We payed good money to have a suite and to not even being able to seat on the furniture was very upsetting. It was hard to be in a hotel for 6 days and our only option was to sit on the bed. Hotel was sold out due to the Rodeo. Switching rooms was not an option. Nor did I feel it would have made a difference. Very disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I can’t imagine what the carpet was like. Never took my shoes off. Was visiting family and was not even comfortable asking them to the room.

The staff was amazing. This was a last minute trip due to our grandbaby having surgery. The staff checking me in was really amazing and friendly. Went above and beyond.

After a ten hour drive with three kids and prepaying for our room our room ahead of time, our room was given to another customer before we arrived. Only one person was working the front desk at check-in time. Our phone rang twice in the middle of the night and our alarm went off at 5:00.

I did not like that the occupants of the room above me walked constantly back and forth after 11:00 pm for what seemed like an hour or more and the child(ren) ran back and forth the next morning for over 30 minutes. I had to call the front desk. It seems as though I get the nuisances of other occupants often at this hotel. Once before, someone left their dog in the room and the dog barked repeatedly for nearly half an hour while the staff tried feverishly to contact the owner.

Loved the nice big rooms and the pool area was kept nice and clean. The kids enjoy the space and breakfast was nice. Loved we could make our own parfaits. My only complaint would be there were no toiletries provided in the bathrooms. I always pack my own but had to go to the store to grab the kids some. Any future trips to Vegas we will stay here again. Worth the money.!

The location was nice but there seemed to be things broken down. The hot tub, items at breakfast…we generally stay at a different hotel and thought we would try something different. Probably won’t try it again. Consistency is great and the other place we stay is always consistent. A family member recommended trying it. Not our best decision for our trip.

Easy to get to and out of the main Las Vegas area. It was great for keeping us on our path to California without having to go all way into Las Vegas. It was comfortable and family friendly.
