Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa

I would recommend this resort to friends and family the VIP area was awesome and Gibson who was the there in the VIP area was a great help. He was able to upgrade our room and we had an awesome time.

Wanted to do a staycation day with my family. It was the perfect size room and the pool is fun

It’s was our first time staying here even though we have lived in southern Nevada for 20 years. Had a great time here with lots to do for adults and kids on or around the property. The staff were great and we like definitely stay here again in we need a staycation or quick getaway.

We have stayed here a couple times and have always had a great time! This is the first time we brought our 3 kids and they had the best time at the pool! The beach entry with Sand was a huge hit :) Awesome pool for kids and adults too!

Check in at property is great so far! Quite disappointed that the family drove all the way there from OC, checked in around 6 o’clock unpacked and got dressed to go down to the pool only to find out that it closes at 7 PM!? The whole reason to get away for a little Vacation choosing this location was the pool and the beautiful property but everything closes so early? In Vegas? In summer? Pretty disappointed in that. It’s also $50 for a day pass to the spa. They have a lap pool and a Jacuzzi but wouldn’t allow us to use it even for one hour would’ve been a great service considering the pool was closing!? This is strike 2 now for me at Green Valley :(

Wonderful property! We had a blast w/family. Only concern is smell of Cigarette smoke due to casino.

Very very clean and very, very polite to their guest. I will recommend anybody that wants to go to Vegas needs to stay at the Green Valley Ranch resort the best hotel I stood at so far in Vegas. I would really be back again. What an amazing hotel you have I would recommend my friends and families to stay at the green Valley Ranch spa and casino. We went for the pool. It was completely shut down, emptied, and a mess. That is the center of the resort, and the best part of this property, normally. When booking, and prior to the stay, I was never notified that the pool would be closed. Even at the front desk at check-in, I asked what the pool hours are, and she avoided the situation, telling me the "pool" is open until 4pm. Turns out that was just "The Pond" which is the smaller pool, which is Adults Only. That, at least, would have been something for us to enjoy - except, it was absolutely packed with kids and families! There were no chairs outside in the sun, no chaise lounges, nothing. When we asked an employee if there was anywhere that we could relax in the sunshine (we're from Chicago, so 70 degrees was amazing), and she was baffled. I pointed to some artificial turf next to the spa, and asked if we could lie there, and she said yes. We grabbed two towels and laid on the ground. Not very relaxing, unfortunately, since someone was grinding with a table saw at the other end of the pool/spa. We were so looking forward to this escape, and it was so disappointing, that we didn't even stay overnight - we went back to the team hotel... ugh.
