First room they put me in was a handicap room wasn’t ok wit that asked to be moved after being moved and checking the room over I found blood stains on my blanket. I stripped it off and just slept on the sheets kids rubbing in hall and a lot of noise

Great property. Convenient to get to, easy to find family-friendly places to eat. The pool area was wonderful for kids to relax and have fun.

Check in was great - staff was nice and accomodating ( we requested a room near the pool). Pool is small, but great for kids. They had so much fun! Easy walk to watch the fireworks. Staff let us bring pizza to breakfast area in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However it wasn’t the best stay. The hotel is outdated. The thermostat in our room was hanging off of the wall. Our room had outdated and had visibly worn furniture. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Don’t think my family and I will stay there again.

My family and I appreciated the staff..... Even the cleaning lady was friendly. The place was clean and had a great breakfast. Keep it up!

For starters the a/c and heating sucks you constantly have to get up and change it cuz if it gets to 73 the a/c will turn in and make it super cold, 2nd of all they had a chair in there that had a metal piece sticking out and it cut my leg open. I feel like they need to look at the furniture time to time and remove it when it’s damage because if my kids where to get cut I would have not been as nice as I was about it.

Nice for a weekend getaway. Lots of kids though. We went for our anniversary and thought I had booked a room with a jacuzzi but I didn’t and that was a bit disappointing.

We took our two small children to Omaha to go to the zoo and children's museum. The price was right for us, and so was the location. We had two pack and plays so we got a king studio. It was perfect for what we needed and the space was accommodating. Perfect location between the children's museum and the Omaha zoo. We will definitely be staying again.

All was well until our child dropped their toy in the AC vent. Upon inspection we found mold in the AC unit. It looked like some one may have accidentally spilled food in there and it was never cleaned. Pretty gross and potentially harmful to health. The AC unit also pumped freezing air on us all night until I turned the temp from 73 to 74, where the heat then came on and started cooking us. I played with the thermostat enough to get the device to shut off, which allowed us all to sleep more comfortably. Other than this, we have nothing to complain about.
