Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ogallala, an IHG Hotel

Our family felt accommodated and the hotel felt extremely clean. Felt up to date and the breakfast was great in the morning!!!

My reservation was cancelled because they tried to run my payment before I got there even though it was supposed to be at check in. I drove all day to get there and have no reservation with little kids at late at night. I had to drive around until I found another hotel after 5 tries

Friendly staff who accommodated a request to use their conference room for a violin practice for my kids. Great breakfast-very friendly and helpful breakfast person. Nice room. Nice workout room and pool. Friendly maintenance person who lent my kids pool noodles. We had a tremendous stay!

I walked into the hotel with my 3 kids ages 9,6 & 3 at 8:30pm. I gave my name and the first thing the desk clerk said to me was I have you on the 4th floor and your kids cannot run and be noisy. I was very offended that she instantly assumed my kids would be a terrible problem. I said well are there rooms on other floors if you are so worried about it. I will do my best but they are kids and sometimes things happen. She admitted they had suites available on the 1st floor but refused to move us. I did not appreciate being looked down on as soon as I walked in. Kids need a hotel room too and to assume they would be horrible the instant I walked in was very offensive. If I had the option to get my money back and go elsewhere I would have.
