Tru by Hilton North Platte

Traveling with two young’s kids, our stay was very comfortable! The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. The bathrooms were very roomy and the room itself was large and comfortable.

Wonderful stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities were great, coffee, Tea and hot chocolate 24hrs available, fire pit was very relaxing to sit by after a long drive, board games and pool table for family to play and unwind. Rooms were spotless and clean and comfortable.

Pet and kid friendly

Very frustrating. The TV set up was terrible. And the World Series game was not on television. What? Are you kidding me no World Series available.

This is always our stop-off point on our way west. It's always clean, the employees are friendly, and the breakfast is filling (the kids love the waffle bar!). Keep up the great work!

This is our favorite place to stay in North Platte. Very family friendly with comfy beds; we also appreciate no carpet in the rooms since dogs are welcomed here (which is great for us too!). Our son loves the free billiards in the lobby and the breakfast!

Check-in Process: Simple, Booked the Room through Expedia which in hindsight may have been the more expensive option, as they offer better rates on the Hilton App. Extremely friendly and Helpful Front Desk, Top Tier! Bathroom: Good - Decent Size single sink plenty of counterpace, Comes with Hair Dryer and the soap and lotion dispensers are refillable which makes using it easy. I really liked the squeeze ability it worked extremely well and makes a lot less of a mess. They Supplied the necessary 4 towels and washcloths which is always appreciated when checking in with your family. Bad - No Complaints this was a great bathroom. Bedroom: Good - Comfortable Beds, Has mini Fridge and a Desk along with a sorting trash can. Outlets available on both sides of both queen beds which was great. Internet was included and worked great. overall room design was very modern and its nice to have a room with Flooring rather then carpet. Bad - No real Dresser?? Not sure a nice aesthetic replaces the need to put your clothes somewhere. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking and somewhat small. View of the freeway and the noise of the freeway was not great. THe blinds could also cover the window better, it was never really dark enough to block out the light. Parking: Parking was free and is located directly in front and behind the hotel this is not a issue at all. Room Cleaning: Currently they will only clean your room if you ask them to which we did and it was cleaned as expected on time.

Our family had a comfortable stay in this beautiful hotel.The room was clean,beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet.We’ll stay here again when we’re be traveling next year.
