Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

Overall very nice place to stay with kids on a budget. Clean, modern, decent breakfast, very nice staff. We booked two queens and fold out couch. The beds were nice, the fold out couch was not awesome. It seemed kind of grubby and also a poor quality mattress. I had marked we needed bedding for two to sleep in the fold out couch but no extra pillows were supplied. We made due with what was already in the room. I would say great place to stay for 4 people, not as comfortable for the 5th and 6th. But overall a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Had to call the front desk at 12:30 in the morning because some kids were running around the hallway late at night pounding on walls and the floor and obviously I couldn’t sleep eventually about 30 minutes after I called the front desk. I didn’t hear the noise anymore so they must’ve figured out who it was.

Our family enjoyed this hotel. We were thankful to find a room with a sofa bed. This hotel had the nicest accommodations we experienced in our family's week-long road trip.

The bed was Super comfortable- my kiddo said even the pullout sofa bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is nicely updated with enough counter space for a family, the continental breakfast was fast and easy, the workout room was well stocked, and my kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Staff was very friendly we got stuck there due to a snow storm, was a little unhappy with the room Walls where a little damage, furnace covers had holes in the screen and blue paint dropping on it. Girls that was working front desk where drinking with the customers and there was small children around

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The building, overall, is nice and well kept. It is not very sound proof, however, as other guests (kids?) can be heard running up and down the halls above and below our floor. Likewise, the walls are a little thin, as a neighboring dog's bark was easily heard. We arrived during a snow storm and considered the possibility of having to stay an extra night, which the staff said was doable.

It was a busy Friday night with a late check-in so surprisingly there was a long line but the ladies were handling it all with a smile. We got a two-queen suite with pull-out bed which was a spacious room! The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean. It’s a new property, and we noticed how many housekeepers we saw in the morning, and that’s a good thing!! Conveniently right off the the interstate so it was great for our stop as we drove from Utah to Illinois.

Lovely spacious rooms, nice pet area with grass, and the kids loved the pool.

Stopped here while traveling. Arrived at 1130 pm at night. Spent $250+ to stay for one night. Im glad it was dark and we were tired when we arrived because otherwise i would have left. Entering the second floor we were overcome with an awful mildewy smell. Even my children immediately questioned the smell.. the room felt super musky. I was to scared to take my shoes off, and im glad i didnt because when i walked in the bathroom my feet were sticking to floor. The shower and the sink both had hair in them upon entering.. it was not clean at all, but like i said we arrived super late and it was the only other hotel left with occupancy besides a 5/10 down the street. We booked this one because it was an 8/10 and i have no idea how.. we were met with even more dissapointment in the morning when we woke up and went down for breakfast. It was probably close to one of the worst hotel breakfasts i have ever had. Not a lot of options and they couldnt keep the food that they did have stocked.. i really dont have much positive to say about our stay and will definitely be adding this one to the do not stay list!

Was generally clean but most the elevator buttons had to be taped on and generally seemed like it needed some maintenance. Pretty loud between floors so if you have kids sleep on the top level if they won't disturb those below too!
