Let's be honest. I didn't expect too much as far as a hotel with a "waterslide" for our kids on a cross country road trip. The most I could hope for was a shallow pool with a 2 foot tall slippery ramp and spraying toys... Boy was I BLOWN AWAY. The staff here was AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help me with a reservation issue (my own mistake). They were amazingly courteous and genuinely made us feel like we were welcome, and not a nuisance family that showed up at 9:30 after an 11 hour drive with cranky kids. The Waterpark was OPEN EARLY. If you don't have young kids you may not understand what a big deal that is. Trying to fit in any time in a normal pool that opens at 10 when checkout is at 11 feels like a cheat. This Waterpark opened at 8. You know the kids are awake at 6 anyway and giddy with splashy anticipation. There was no continental breakfast, BUT even better there was a Starbucks in the building- and spending $20 to get them 'fancy, normally mommy and daddy only breakfast' delighted them. Bottom line, if you find yourself driving across Nebraska towards the Rockies and facing a carload of angry offspring, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and book a room at this hotel. They will be thrilled and I can almost guarantee that they will be sleeping today's drive away after so much aquatic exertion.

What a wonderful, relaxing hotel for a pastor's family on Easter night! We feel like we are staying in luxury and care for a reasonable amount.

We had a child's birthday party 2 doors down, they were very rambunctious. The only time we could hear them was when they passed by our door, very quiet in our room. Lot of families with young children but never would've known it.
