Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kearney, NE

We were traveling on christmas eve during bad weather, for a family emergency. We were so thankful they were open. All the staff having to work on christmas eve and christmas morning were happy, professional and friendly.

It was 4:00 pm & the rooms were still being cleaned. I requested a room in the middle I asked for a room not to be next to a elevator or exit & because rooms were not ready because they were still cleaning them late in the afternoon she put me at the end of the hallway I went back & requested again for a room in the middle. Again rooms were not ready the next day when our son checked in he & his family needed to use our room to get ready for a wedding. Their room was not ready until close to 5pm. I know it’s hard to find help but when check in time is available at 3pm rooms should be ready. I stayed there before last year & I didn’t encounter any problems.

Great stay! Really good breakfast! Comfy beds. Kids can swim until 10pm. This was great since they were in a car all day. Pool was perfect size, fits 10-15 rambunctious kids easily. Not anything on the area, but just in case you haven’t been to Nebraska before, there is an ever present livestock smell. Just don’t be surprised. I will stay here again when we pass through Nebraska again.

Great experience for the family.

We made our reservation last minute and they were very accomodating when we got there later in the night for a check in. The bed's were a little hard for my preference but the room was clean and comfortable for our stay. Very much enjoyed the queen suite for our family, it worked very well for children.

The room was clean and up to date. It was quiet even though there were lots of kids staying that night. The breakfast was fabulous.

From time of check in to departure, everything was great! The room was clean and very quiet, which is very important to me and my family. The only suggestion I would make is to have more fresh fruit at breakfast, we had breakfast before 6:30 am and there were no more bananas and only a handful of apples.

Staff friendly, clean, in process of updating, lots and lots of children in pool and spa so couldn’t use. No problem though!
