Hampton Inn Bellevue

The staff was very nice to my wife, baby, and I. We called for extra towels and they arrived a few moments later. The breakfast was great all 3 days we were there, lots of options but the oatmeal and Trix yogurts were my favorite. The building was very clean and modern looking. The shower head and sink bowl were coming off the wall but still worked a needed in room 305. Very excellent stay, would come back again.

I stayed 2 nites in the Bellevue area,the Comfort in for 90$ a nite,and the Hampton at 180,save yourself 90 stay at Comfort inn,their rooms had new 55" TV In a King single,clean,nice place.The Hamptons TV old small set on the side instead of TV at end of bed making it hard to watch in bed.Shower leaks onto bathroom floor,tiles have fallen off side of shower,looks like a very poor install and bad upkeep from maintenance,this shower has been leaking so long that it has ruined the tile flooring in bathroom.The breakfast was terrible,I don't know what I ate that was suppose to be scrambled eggs,it was yellow but thats about the only thing that resembled scrambled eggs they were truly awful I'm guessing powdered eggs,I had the worst heartburn for hours.This hotel has a pool and there was a lot of kids around and it's nosiy .The room above me sounded like they were using the beds for trampolines,for 180 bucks a night this hotel just doesn't measure up,there are much better options at 1/2 the price

This is our home away from home when we visit Omaha. Everything about it is wonderful. The staff, the surrounding area, The rooms themselves are big and clean and nicely decorated. The pool is a little chilly but nice for kids. Breakfasts are as healthy as you want to make them. Good tasting coffee. These people do it right!

Doors slamming till 11 pm children running up and down halls .. room was dirty… bedspread stained. Ask for room service once in a three nights stay didn’t happen. Desk clerk came up and took trash and gave a towel. Breakfast microwave egg and cheese. Microwaved sausage half hard. Water oatmeal. Have stayed there for years but this was my last. $130.00 a night. Then they charged my credit card so many times the card company shut down my card thought there was fraud. Nightmare. When I checked out early morning could not get a optimized bill desk clerk said she wasn’t trained to give me one.

My family and I had an enjoyable stay. The room was comfy, the shower was hot, and the pool was fun. I will probably stay here again, when we come back to the Omaha area.
