Pet friendly is okay for those traveling with pets. However, they should keep pets away from those wthout. Same with small children. Barking dog and crying babies kept this couple awake. Otherwise conveniently located to glacier and dining. On site food very expensive.

Very poor service when it can to noise compliant , a family had there kids screaming, jumoing in beds running down the hallway from 10pm to 12:30. Our bed was literally shaking . Frist call to front desk I wasn’t sure if it was above or both sides of us but they didn’t follow up and when I called back they said they would call but instead of walking down the hallway to investigate the noise continued for another hour . I’m usually have a god stay here but the lack of assistance by the front desk definitely makes me not want to come back . I understand kids out loud but the parents were yelling and swearing and after 10 it’s just very disrespectful.

Loved Hot tub, family room loft, TV and lots of channels, pet friendly, shuttle service and restaurant on site. Staff was very friendly and caring.

This is not a peaceful place. You can hear everything from your room - children screaming in the hot tub, dogs howling, conversations in the hallway. In the morning, doors start slamming in the 7:00 hour. It was impossible to sleep in. It’s a beautiful property, the restaurant was delicious, and the room was fine. But do not come here if you are seeking relaxation.

I like the food at the restaurant, but would have liked drink services to the fireplace area. It would have been nice to have a waiter serving drinks.
The rooms are fairly noisy, you can hear neighbors easily. Perhaps keep families with young children in a specific section of the hotel. Overall it was pretty good.

Nice place. Beware of amenity fees. Also front desk didn't really give time of day to my needs with my children.

The staff was friendly and knew alot about the area. The food was excellent. The room was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and the shower had great water pressure. I will recommend to friends and families.

Delightful stay! Everything was smooth, gracious, and fully attuned to the meeds of skiiers. My room was large, well-furnished; the entryway was tiled and outfitted for my wet skis, boots, poles. Had a desk where I cld do computer work. Bar and resto were finr; having a beer event the weekend I was there. Chef thoughtfully matched special hors d'oeuvres with beers. I had read earlier fussing about the hotel online but their issues were not evident while I was there. I especially appreciated the handy shuttle service to/from Amtrak and the Big Mountain as I didn't have a car. Would surely go there again; perhaps with family.
