We took a family trip to Whitefish and Glacier. This hotel is comfortable and has a perfect location within walking distance to downtown.

Sadly we were poor in the name basement of this split level hotel. I made a point of not staying in a place I had to use stairs. I also have asthma and allergies I woke up with my face swollen from the allergens in the basement. I did not have this issue in other places. We had to move after the first day. It was a beautiful place for skiers or college guys but I wouldn't recommend it for families or older folks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I have health issues and 2 bad knees so this places did not work well for me.
