One of the great lodges to stay at. My family and I recently took a vacation to Glacier National Park. Since the park lodges were sold out, I found this property, and it was a fantastic choice. The people at the desk were absolutely great, and the ladies in the breakfast kitchen were wonderful. They made sure our stay was pleasant and blissful. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone visiting the area.

Very nice hotel, but location is far from Glacier and Whitefish. However, it was a comfortable stay for a family of five.

Check in was fast, I used Expedia. Room was great, stayed 2 nights. Great for families. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, 50” tv, pool & hot tub were nice. 30 min to West Glacier Entrance. Breakfast was good. Laundry room was convenient, staff were nice & helpful, especially the room attendants. Lodge is 10-15 min away from eateries.

This is a great hotel if you’re looking for upscale accommodations near Glacier. The breakfast was a nice bonus to have. Checking in, we requested a rollaway and it was there within minutes. The staff weren’t overly friendly, but nice enough. Our main problem with the stay was the cleaning service and the bathroom. Upon checking in for a six night stay, we were asked to schedule our cleaning on day four. With five of us, it just wasn’t frequent enough. The bathroom set up is not conducive for a family. The shower only had one pane of glass on one side and was open on the other side. This is fine for a master bathroom in your privacy of your house, but anytime someone took a shower, not only would the water go everywhere, but nobody else could use the bathroom because of the lack of privacy. There is no tub for baths if you are bathing small children. We ended up checking out early.

Stayed 7 nights for a family wedding. Right in front of the airport and 30 mins-ish to Glacier National Park, close to Whitefish and Kalispell areas for dining and shopping. Staff was very warm and friendly, breakfasts had great choices. We would stay again if back in this area.

A nice hotel located next to the airport. We were on the 3rd floor. The people occupying the floor above us had children that ran in their room until late at night. We had a hard time sleeping for the pounding noise on our ceiling. Since the Covid pandemic, a lot of hotels have done away with daily room service. I understand why they did it initially, but they soon realized what a money saver it has been. We were there 8 days & our room was serviced one time. We had to go to the front desk anytime we needed towels, coffee for the coffee maker, trash bags for the trash cans in our room, etc. We had to take our trash out daily. For the price they charge for a room, I feel they should at least have room service every other day. I doubt that we will be returning to this hotel.

Reserved a room for my daughter and grands because they have a rugby match this weekend. Long day - long drive - the kids were so excited and looking forward to the pool. When they were going to the pool, they were confronted by a, female front desk clerk in the hallway who questioned whether or not they were guests of the hotel. They were carrying towels clearly from their room and had a room key to access the pool. I went to the front desk to question her as this made my daughter feel singled out and embarrassed. I was given the excuse that people use the pool who aren't staying there. Hard to believe when you need a key to access it and there are cameras everywhere. While sitting in the pool area, she came in two other times to question guests in the pool whether or not they were staying at the hotel. This woman wasn't discreet or professional - she just yelled at guests out loud and in front of everyone - Are you staying here? Are those kids yours? Who do these kids belong to? etc. Anyway - there were some other factors involved that Expedia apparently doesn't want made public, so I'll take this issue up with the hotel separately. The breakfast staff was lovely. The room was ok. Never going back though, obviously.

The pool closing at 9 to children was an inconvenience for travelers with families.
