Yellowstone Park Hotel

We had a great experience, friendly staff and fun time. We had fun roasting s’mores over the outdoor fire pit, kids had fun playing in the game room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but overall had a great trip and would stay here again.

Very friendly staff and they have complimentary s’more kit fot guests. My kids love it. 3-minute drive to West entrance.

We enjoyed the accomodations, very comfortable beds, clean & friendly staff. The tub was slippery, so we asked for a rubber tub mat and we got a brand new one immediately. Pool & hot tub nice to have even though we were so exhausted to use Perfect location to the West entrance of Yellowstone Park.The only thing we would like have them change is the "tornadoes" at the Continental breakfast. Every day is too much, a hard boiled egg would have been a better protein. Otherwise, the rest of the breakfast options were good. Ice cream & s'mores every day was a nice treat, especially for guests with kids. Loved having free washer/ dryer too

Our stay was great!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was was clean as well. The staff was friendly and always welcoming. My kids loved the pool and game room. The s'mores and ice cream were another family favorite. This hotel is the perfect place to stay when going to Yellowstone. Overall I would stay here again on our next trip to the park.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location near the West entrance to Yellowstone and also to the town of West Yellowstone. They also had fun activities inside the hotel for the kids like s’mores, a game room, and an indoor pool that stays open late. The rooms and hotel are decorated well. Would definitely consider staying again during another trip to Yellowstone!

This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was decent enough to get my family on our way into Yellowstone quickly in the morning. It is also very close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone and a short drive or even a walk away from many restaurants and shops. They offered an abundance of s'mores to our kids and the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. When I arrived my suitcase had been lost by the airport so I only had the clothes I was wearing but luckily the hotel has a washer and dryer that guests can use- for FREE. I rarely find anything that is free anymore. I had a chance to meet the manager and he seemed very interested in making sure the guests are satisfied. Overall I felt like there was huge value in getting a room at this hotel. The price point was amazing for the quality of accommodations we received. If I ever visit West Yellowstone again I will definitely be staying at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The property was fantastic and the amenities wonderful; but the staff made our stay so memorable! Especially Michael who greeted us at check in and made us feel like family! Cody and the rest of the crew were also top notch! Seriously, I will not stay anywhere else! Looking forward to seeing you next year!

This place was way more than I expected. Free breakfast, free ice cream social, and a great game room for kiddos. Staff was amazing friendly and took care of our needs! I would definitely book here again.

Everything was great except the so called gym was not useful for our family. The staff was very friendly. The shower pressure was great & the beds were very comfortable.

Clean, efficient and friendly hotel in a great location. Pool was fun for the kids.
