The rooms were very clean, large and modern. I was not too fond of the bunk beds above the beds, but I can see how that is beneficial to a family with kids. Our room had a small sofa that was against the wall where the tv is mounted and there are no chairs in the room. This makes it difficult to watch tv without sitting on the bed. The hotel was in an excellent location to enter Yellowstone NP's west entrance. There are a lot of places to eat nearby, and the hotel breakfast was good.

We like the spacious room, nice service and furniture here. They are clean and comfortable. My family like the breakfasts here, taste good and various choices.

Excellent place to stay with a family, we all loved it! Very comfortable, great amenities, great breakfast included, great staff, clean, quiet- perfect for us! Right in town, can walk everywhere .Didn’t West Yellowstone, very tourist trappy, but did enjoy the Wildlife Sanctuary right across the street from the Kelly Inn.

Great place to stay! The staff exceeded my expectations. We were there on a holiday weekend and it was very busy. They were very friendly with me and others who were staying. My family loved the complimentary hot chocolate/coffee and the fire pits outside. This place is perfect for a family.

We loved the room with 2 queen sized beds with twin bunk beds on top for the kids! Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids! In room refrigerator and microwave. Excellent variety for hot buffet breakfast. The kids loved the clean pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Many cute shops and restaurants within 1 mile of hotel. Staff was friendly and met our needs. Highly recommend!

This was a really good hotel and we were quite happy with it. It had bunks above each queen, so holds several kids. Separate sink outside the bathroom, so two can get ready at once. Check in was great. Steve & Dee gave us so many good suggestions and a map that helped us be ready for our next day in the park. Very clean. Breakfast is good, plenty of seating. Very very happy and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff great. Convenient to have an on site breakfast.The location so close to the west gate made getting in and out of the park easy and quick. Staying in West Yellowstone offers many different dining and shopping options. I would stay there again and comfortable in recommending this to family and friends.

I appreciated being informed beforehand the inability to go to Old Faithful due to road maintenance. However, I was traveling with my two children and it would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub would be having maintenance during my stay. With much of the town being shut down until May it would have been nice to go swimming.
