It is nicely located to Yellowstone park and you can walk to many places. The elevator was horrible and should be replaced. I didnt feel it to be real clean. A little run down. Parking is not the best. Not really the hotels fault but neighbors were slamming the door over and over early in the morning with children running around screaming. More of people having a lack of respect for others. It is the only hotel i have stayed at in west yellowstone but it did fine for the purpose of one night. I think you pay for the area and closeness to yellowstone more than anything else.

Great place. Very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. My kids loved the pool. Staff were friendly. Would staff again.

The hotel is soooo close to Yellowstone. We had the one bedroom family suite. It consisted of bedroom with door to allow sleep when needed and early risers could be up in the living room. Great kitchen for meals or left overs.

Great family friendly place to stay. We appreciated the little touches like s’mores, ice cream, free laundry and electric vehicle charging. The location was perfect for visiting the park and close enough to walk while exploring the town. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Wonderful breakfast, the breakfast staff were very kind, the smores were a great treat, and the night manager is a rare gem! He came and got us from the pool area when the wolves were howling, was very helpful, and just helped make our overall stay perfect. We just left today and on our travels home we recommended this inn to our waitress.

We took our whole family here and we have three kids. They had so much fun in the swimming pool and they even gave out s'more kits to roast on the fire. Across the street from the hotel is a Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. Make sure you check this place out it is so worth it. We could hear the wolves howling at night it was so cool.

The staff was on top of everything. Very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The pool was awesome and so nice to sit and and enjoy time away from home. The smores kits were a hit with the family too!!

My family had a great time, you can walk to all the areas in West Yellowstone from the hotel. The staff are great and helpful!
