Close to Yellowstone entrance. Staff were good, had some issues checking in, the AC in the room was not working properly. Breakfast options are limited but that’s alright, we could get something that our kids would eat. Otherwise very happy with our stay, stayed 3 nights here.

We were in the older portion of the building, our room was very small & awkard layout, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was continental. However, staff was very friendly. We recommend parking in their underground garage. Spacious seating in the lobby with family games available. Very close to the West entrance.

Fun western lobby with fireplace. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. We stayed in one bed room. It was very small and the bathroom was smaller than my bedroom closet. Could use an upgrade with fresher flooring, molding and paint. I noticed the two bed room my family stayed in was significantly bigger and nicer.

Understandably this hotel is older, but they could use nicer beds they are so uncomfortable we actually had to place the flat extra pillows under the sheets to make it a little more soft and I don’t like soft, that’s how bad it was, also the vents in bathrooms were so dirty never get cleaned off, we had 3 rooms for 3 nights so it was costly and the kids were disappointed even the 5 yr old said her back hurt from the bed, also the kitchen staff is struggling, they don’t clean the high chairs, each day we had to take them Into the bathroom And clean them each day from the day before and the floors weren’t getting vacuumed properly, for 3 days the same food was on the floor around the tables we used. And I actually witnessed the worker yelled at a guest when she ask her where the hot water was in the coffee machine.

Loud kids running in hall unchecked much of evening. Everything else great. A guest services. No coffee at front desk to make in room. But premade coffee free 24/7 if you felt like going downstairs for it. Overall i was satisfied.

Smoking in hallways and rooms. While I the pool we found out that the owner was watching myself and children play. Did not know there was a camera and we were the only ones in the pool. Front desk came in to tell my boys to stop diving which they weren’t they were just jumping. Very creepy for someone to watch kids and myself in a pool

The check-in was sooo easy, the rooms we clean. The mattress was older with a cave into the middle feeling. Wall paper was peeling off the wall...but everyone was sooo friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast with waffles and fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, danishes, and yogurt were kept in stock and the hours from 7 to 10 am, didn't mean waking up at the break of dawn to eat. They were so considerate since you are on vacation. Also the country decor was sooo cool I sent pictures to my grandkids to see all the animals. I have already and will continue to refer people to this place.

The staff was very nice and always asked how your day went and said good morning. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. Breakfast does not have bacon or sausage only boiled eggs, but there are options in West Yellowstone for breakfast. We will stay again, but we will bring a cooler with snacks, drinks, and lunch stuff as it can be a little pricy to eat out every meal. Even the supermarket prices are higher than we were use too. Plan on $15-30 per person per meal. Also, for parents with kids there is a McDonalds in West Yellowstone.

rooms heater gave me headache and stinks. bathroom exhaust dont work. staff dont know if the door from parking lot works or not. hours of the pool is short till 10pm by the time you return from site seeing and finish dinner you have no pool to enjoy. Pool have strong chlorine smell and burns eyes standing in the pool room itself, eyes burn after taking dip. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is good, nextdoor to many restaurants. some staff are good and informative. In the nights the lobby smells of cigar smoke. did not feel comfortable to walk my kid. did not feel worth the money for this outdated hotel. front door entrance stinks, luckily rooms are odor free except for AC's heater.
