I have booked the room with kitchen but the room I get was not with kitchen. After asking for the room hotel mentioned they are overbooked and cannot provide me the room I booked. It was so inconvenience because I had baby with me I have to prepare food. But because of the missing kichen it was so difficult for me to manage.

The staff and breakfast at this place is top notch!!!! Seriously the best hotel breakfast on our 14 day road trip. The beds were comfortable and it had a detached sink - which I like. The room was a very generous size, the “bathroom” not so much. Is was tiny and the shower head was clogged and the holes that would spray water went all different directions (a bathroom update would go a long way). Overall it is a great hotel. I forgot to mention that my family loved the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking at Yellowstone.

Hotel require upgrade. Bathrooms require complete overhaul toilets are made for kids or small peoples not operate properly. Bath taps are old and for small peoples again and price for this hotel is outrageous. Noisy quests and when we contacted reception not response from the the hotel staff or police.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The cold pool was a huge bummer. With little kids that’s what they want to do most of the time and it was just too cold to be in for more than a few minutes. Over all stay was good, and I would stay here again.

Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. We were thrilled to discover it had a little kitchenette with a full-size fridge and a microwave. Since it was late April the hotel was not too busy. We almost always had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. I seldom swim in pools at hotels because most aren't warm enough for my comfort. This pool was warm and comfortable and the hot tub was delightful! Many restaraunts were within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was great! I missed the Belgian waffles that many other Best Western Plus serve, but they had yummy French toast and Biscuits with sausage gravy that made up for it. There were plenty of other options for breakfast so you could easily find something you liked. The only thing missing was fresh fruit options. I loved that the hot chocolate, hot apple cider, (coffee/tea if you drink that) were available all hours of the day. We look forward to coming back to this Best Western next time we visit West Yellowstone.

A weekend with my pre-teen grandkids at Yellowstone NP. This hotel was an excellent location: walking distance to multiple restaurants & shops, short drive to the west entrance of the park, so much to see and do! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean & comfortable with a great breakfast buffet, a lovely pool & hot tub, but no workout facility. We had an oversized room with two comfy & fresh queen beds. One big problem was a lack of private space to change clothes; only a small water closet (tub & toilet) area with limited maneuverability. We made due, but families or friends should be aware. Overall it's a very good choice!
