Comfort Inn & Suites Gateway to Glacier National Park

Booked the hotel through Expedia purely for the pool and hot tub amenities to break up a long road trip with kids. Arrived to find the pool area closed for renovations. Hotel and Expedia refused to refund/cancel or help us out in any way, given we weren’t getting what we thought we were paying for when we booked. Expedia said lost in the small print on the website there was a mention of amenities that might not be available. They need to be way more honest and upfront about major changes like this and allow cancellations. We were left stuck in a crap motel with nothing to do with zero ability to cancel or be refunded. Terrible experience.

Enjoyed the entire stay! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long time. Will recommend to friends & family!
