Glacier Peaks Hotel

Property was under construction. Clean rooms, basic breakfast. Convenient with children

The staff are very reactive and to some extent not responsive. I requested additional tower and shower gels and was told she would send over shortly. Nothing happened after a 2 hours wait, I had to stop by the front desk and was told there was no available tower and all towers were still in the dryer. Not sure how you can run out of the tower, even if that happens, a better way to handle this would be to send the shower gels first and notify us that the tower is not available at the moment so we don't wait for 2 hours with the kids in the night. This is just one example during the stay, pretty much anything you need, you won't get it until you stop by the front desk.

Given that this is the only hotel in Browning, it was exceptional. I stayed one night with my family after leaving Glacier National Park headed south to Yellowstone National Park. The food in the restaurant in the casino was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised a pool. I wanted my kids to be able to play and get some exercise after a long day of driving. When we checked in, staff informed us that the pool and hot tub were under construction. We were really disappointed and would have chosen another location to stay if we had known.
