My Place Hotel - Missoula, MT

No frills, but exactly what my family needed. A clean room at a great rate where we could safely and comfortably slepp.

We’ve stayed with My Place before but after this experience I don’t think we will again. Our toilet wasn’t even clean when we went into our room. There was literal crap in the toilet bowl. The lady who checked us in seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. I went out to request a different room after the super loud phone just rang and rang in the lobby and nobody answered because it woke up my infant and was just annoying. Our TV didn’t work for the first day we were there because the couple times we went out to the lobby nobody was there to help us. Finally that night I called the office and got someone to answer. I will say the lady who came and fixed it was very kind. Hallways & Windows were dirty too. For $200 a night I was hoping to stay in somewhere more clean and friendly.

I did not care from staff children running around the property, making noice, especially on the upper floors, ignoring guests by covering their ears when guest talks to them. Staff was very acommodating when kids not around. Like kids were off limits when there with parent. I have traveled for the over 50years in the US and Europe and never seen a hotel or motel allowing family during work hours. If they were there,kept out of site or quiet. The room was as expected. The refer was was noisy and came on several times during the nite. Everything else was as expcted.

The property was clean, the location was convenient and the price was good. The only complaint I have is that there never seemed to be anyone at the front desk, which made check in and asking questions a challenge and just made me feel uneasy as a woman traveling with my kids.

First time at a My Place hotel. Friendly staff and all our needs were met. The facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay as a family.

How would you feel if you arrived at your hotel after a long day of travel and there was no room waiting for you? How would you feel if the hotel made no attempt to help you find new accommodations elsewhere at 1am? We ended up next door at the “come on inn”. They treated us like family. Whatever you do don’t stay here. We were told it is standard policy to overbook to make sure they are always at 100% capacity. This is the craziest thing that has ever happened while “staying” at a hotel. I don’t care how they respond to this review - there is no excuse. This was not the first time they have done this we were told.
