The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy even though they were busy. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Only issue was a child in the room above ours who was running a race back and forth. The staff took care of the problem.

Our room was freezing when we checked in. The heater made a terrible noise. When we talked to the front desk, she said we could move for an additional $10. Maintenance came up and tried to fix it. Very polite young man, but not qualified. I turned the heat up and the noise stopped until 2:00 a.m. Our room overlooked the pool which you could smell. There were young kids in the pool unsupervised yelling and screaming and throwing balls all over. The hotel is in need of maintenance. Breakfast was terrible. We couldn't even eat it.

I went by the reviews and picture to book this hotel. But in reality it was a worn out room and pool area. The pool had alot of kids swimming in it and there were bandaids floating. The hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was typical fruit waffles and eggs. Was not worth the 300.00 it cost to stay there. The manager refunded half my money.
