If you want a property that has easy access from the freeway, this property is for you. Despite the closeness to the freeway, the rooms are relatively quiet. We've stayed there a couple of times now when travelling to meet up with family.

This hotel was great for our stay, family friendly. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some updates, the elevators certificate expired last fall and making weird noises. But our room was clean and comfortable. The creekside patio was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.

When we pulled out the sofa bed for our kiddo there was a plastic fork, and skittles all through out it. It was late and the clerk had issues getting us in the room to begin with or I would have asked for a new room.

Second floor family with kids stomping and running. Room hadn't been cleaned very well. Front desk staff unwelcoming. Never put kids in any floor except 1. Staff was hooting and hollering and laughing and having a party outside guest rooms early in the morning which is Completely UNACCEPTABLE.

The gal at the front counter was friendly and a joy to work with. The breakfast had great options for my entire family and we had plenty. The staff was very attentive to the dishes as well. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels without having to ask. And my little enjoyed her dip in the pool!

The half-way point when visiting the grandkids, this hotel is right off the interstate, although the access can be a little confusing. I am met by a professional staff, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and I'm on the road the next morning. What more could I want?

I was waiting for 10 minutes for check in. The staff was friendly enough, but in the midst of a busy check in time, one of the (only) two desk people left! (of course right before I was supposed to be helped) Made a bad first impression.. The building needs to be updated-things are looking a little shabby and outdated. I was excited about the pool-but my first evening there were a couple of obnoxious kids jumping into the pool in front of an obvious sign-"No jumping" Splashed me while I was taking a dip. I had a room on the noisy side of the building by the freeway. Thankfully I use earplugs at night. Positive: breakfast was good-nice choices. A pretty creek runs by the side of the building. "The Stone" across the street is a nice sit-down place for lunch or dinner.

The cleaning staff do a fine job, but maintenance is lacking. The biggest concern is the anti-skid surface in the shower tubs. It has worn off over the years and needs to be corrected. I stayed there twice in the past week; room 204 had a rubber mat in the tub. Room 310 had nothing, and was very slick. This room also had a towel ring that kept falling off, and a dresser drawer that kept sliding open. Luckily I didn’t trip over it in the middle of the night. There seems to be a general lack of maintenance to the facility. Oh, and a woman almost fell getting into the spa because the grab bar was loose. Malay, inc. (the owners) needs to spend a little effort bringing this property up to its previous standards.

I would find somewhere else to stay. I don't like giving bad reviews but this place was pretty dirty. The room had surface areas cleaned but that was about all. The space between the fridge and cabinet looked as if it had never been cleaned. The cracks and crevices in the bathroom were pretty dirty. Walls were dirty. There were multiple hairs in the beds. Behind the beds and night stand had extreme amounts of dust. Once you notice something you start noticing everything unfortunately. The hot tub had huge chunks of fuzzy material floating around and some ended up on my daughters back, then I noticed someone had flung the same materials all over the walls around the hot tub. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. Walls are thin and there were barking dogs and kids running up and down the halls throughout the night.

The hotel was dirty. There were toenail clippings on the floor of our room. It hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted. Our daughter and her family got stuck in the elevator. The desk clerk had to throw a switch off and then back on for the elevator door to open. Would not recommend this hotel.
