I came here with my two granddaughters promising swimming while we waited for their brother to be born. We got there at 9pm and were told the pool is down for maintenance and would be up the next day. Then the next day it was one more day. Then it was ready and heated up. Except it’s apparently always cold. So cold it’s unusable. What’s the point of providing a pool that’s so cold kids can’t play in it? And the beds are awful and the television channels have nothing for kids in the evening. Why not just say you don’t want kids there? Won’t be back

Was a good stay we were in town for a family emergency so not at the room much but the rooms were good nice beds. Breakfast was good hot foods and other items. Elevator a little small for people and the luggage cart also very slow. Overall nice room clean and lots of light

I was staying with a wheelchair bound family member. There was inadequate ADA parking for the number of room. There was an RV parked under the canopy blacking easy egress. There is construction next door that reduced parking access and visibility. In the facility the elevator, doors, halls and furniture placement were adequate but not wheelchair friendly. Yes, I requested an ADA room and was told those only have one king bed. The room and facility were clean. The staff were very nice. The furniture was comfy, the towels large and fluffy, and the shower had plenty of room pressure and hot water. It suited my needs and I would stay again. It would not be my first choice with a wheelchair bound person though.
