Live by Loews - St.Louis

The room had a weird smell. Housekeeping didn’t come early after the first day. However when they tried around 4 pm we were in the room with the kids resting from walking we declined the cleaning since it was so late but they did provide us with towels. I wish parking had a bridge to the hotel. You have to go all the way downstairs from hotel walk a bit over to the elevator outside the hotel and get to the garage. Overall besides that the place was a great stay, great location! Right next to the stadium literally! Nice views. Great walking distance to the Arch/Cruise of the Mississippi River.

Was a very nice hotel. Updated and modern. Across the street from the stadium which was super helpful and convenient with 3 kids! Wish there were more kid friendly affordable food options on site. The room itself was nice. Unfortunately our air conditioner didn't seem to run very well, on a 90⁰ day that was a bummer. The tiny refrigerator didn't get cold either. The bathroom didn't seem to have any air vent or anything so it was always hot and muggy in there. Overall it was ok, not sure if I can say I'd stay here again though

We go to Busch stadium often and have never stayed with this hotel. It was nice and clean but we will be sticking with our air b&b after this. Cost way too much for not having a pool and begging for towels every 15 min for our family (we eventually gave up asking because we never received them). There are no locks on the bathroom doors, and you have to go outside to access the parking garage (every time we were approached by people asking for money or if you could pay for a hotel for them and that was scary for my nephew at night) Also disappointed there was no microwave in our room, but we did have the smallest refrigerator ever.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Don't bother staying here. The worst service you can receive and I got over charged. We tried to get dinner on our first after we checked in and the hostess was no where to be found for a good 20 minutes then she shows up with an attitude. The waitress working in the morning shift when I ordered breakfast added stuff to my bill without telling me. I ordered 2 oatmeals for each of my kids which were $8 on the menu and the waitress added an addition $5 to each without asking us. She gave us the bill with one price which I signed off on and when I checked the bill was $15 more than what I signed. The front desk was useless at helping resolve the issue. I was also charged for parking twice for a one night stay and had to report it to my bank.You will get better service at Motel 6.

Our family came into town one night for a cardinals and a blues game. The hotel was convenient for both and we walked to and from both games. Updated and clean.
