The aquarium and other attractions are great for kids

We stayed for the July 4th festivities. The history of Union Station and all the downtown St. Louis buildings is amazing...so much architectural detail. The City Park soccer club stadium is right across from the hotel which helps this area remain vital and vibrant. The hotel lobby light show was beautiful and a great feature. The aquarium was very well done. All the Union Station experiences are well worth it. The service was excellent and the staff were so friendly. The room was nicely decorated and looked clean, but a more thorough detailed room cleaning is due. The Union Station hotel is the right place for history lovers looking for a unique experience. Great for families too. I hope crime isn't allowed to take over - it would be such a shame to lose all these treasures of architecture. We didn't feel safe walking too far off Market Street, so we drove to the City Museum, the Gateway Arch, and other places.

Fun for kids and all

We loved everything about it!!! The staff in all areas went above and beyond !! We enjoyed the dining options and the kids loved all the attractions !!!

Perfect for families

The bed was very comfortable and we loved our room! The hotel is a little crazy to navigate but it’s centrally located and so much to do around there for the kids!

Lot's of fun activities for the family near the hotel, with added fees. Overall it was a fun experience.

Great for kids and families as it family friendly. Go here for the atmosphere. Train station/hotel lobby is most gorgeous and the light show/display is cool. Very kind staff who took time with my granddaughter to show her around. They do have weddings most Saturday nights so the lobby is closed so make sure you see the lobby on Friday night. We walked to pools, restaurants, mini-golf, and Ferris wheel. If you are looking for elegance stay elsewhere. It’s vintage.
