We decided on a last minute road trip, and this was the perfect place to stay. Breakfast was great for the kids and family and the kickback at 5:30 just as amazing. What we loved most was the staff was out and about and friendly to all! Rooms were comfy and our kids enjoyed the pool!

We had two children and two adults and our stay was great. I always choose Drury Inn's due to the service, cocktail hour and reception. Our beds were comfy, variety of pillows and soft sheets! The mini kitchenet was a blessing as well. The pool was clean and NOT freezing! The kids had a lot of fun.

The property was cold I dont knowif the heat wasnt working but the pool area was cold the jacuzzi was small for only 3 small people. The heat in the room kept cutting off. It was alot of kids there so when eating breakfast you had to walk around other people to get a table .

Second time we stayed at this location. Top-notch service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Covered secure parking is a plus. The staff makes you feel like family. This will be our go to hotel everytime we are in St. Louis

This property was amazing. We didn’t spend a dime on food. They had full complimentary breakfast. Popcorn and soda late afternoon and then a full buffet dinner in the evening. My only critique would be the toilet. It was incredibly short and small. That needs updating but that did not take away from our experience. Staff was wonderful, it was very close to our family function we were in town for. Top notch for sure.

Checkin was fine but we had a Karen worker who followed us around complaining about our footwear, making sure the kids in the pool weren’t having too much fun, and closed the pool early for “staffing issues.”

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our toilet was leaking and no one ever came to fix it. We had a family emergency which had us having to leave a day early and when we spoke to the manager she said sorry she couldn’t do anything bc house keeping was done and couldn’t turn the room over for them to rent out even though housekeeping was literally on our floor cleaning when she told me this. The customer service over all was just terrible and we will never visit this location again, honestly probably the entire chain at this point. Save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else.
