Properties are not cleaned at all! From just unloading the vehicle my kids feet were black from the dirty floor. The carpet was visibly dirty with animal stains.Front desk agents whom i will not share their names publicly were extremely rude. They offered another room. Upstairs knowing I have two small children under the age of 2. The bathrooms were dirty. The last person’s hair was stuck on the shower wall still. Screws were coming out of the refrigerator. Total nightmare. Breakfast is a muffin and bottle of water. They ran out of “breakfast” about 30 minutes after they at started serving. Will never return to this place again.

I was skeptical about this property initially given some of the clientele hanging out outside, but this was really excellent and great value for money. There's a decent mix of people - families with kids, people with pets, etc, and the units are spacious and clean. They are a bit dated but this is a great deal for longer stays (I was only there for a night but I have a dog, so I felt kind of guilty for having a housekeeper clean up after me). Despite it being pretty busy, I didn't hear a peep at night, it was very quiet and I loved having the full kitchen with plates and utensils. Will definitely stay again at this sub-brand when I travel with my dog.

Very loud outside late at night while our kids were trying to sleep. This is more of a neighborhood setting almost projects like. No amenities at all. Even the breakfast was served like your in cell block b. A bag with water, a muffin and granola bar. For 180 dollars we were highly unsatisfied and what was supposed to be a $250 dollar deposit the company actually help $300 and that was on top of Expedia’s taking out the 180. So for one night Sonesta tied up 480 dollars for what was a really poor experience. Asked for a late check out and was told that an extra 45 minutes was all they could do. Will not return to Sonesta again.

Overall this was a good option for our family of 5. It was close enough to everything that we wanted to do but also large enough for everyone to have their own space in the evenings.

The rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable, the only downside was the pool was closed due to Covid.  My family and I had a great stay

Although most hotels we stayed at over a two week period had lifted some Covid regulations, they were very tight here. The pool was closed and breakfast was very minimal. The suite was wonderfully big. Unfortunately since pets are allowed, our next door neighbor allowed their dog to poop right outside our door. Two of our kids walked on it without seeing and tracked poop all over our room. I spent a good bit of the evening cleaning the floors and our shoes. I felt like the front staff at check-in was not very welcoming. They required a $250 deposit which was more than double every other place we stayed. I would not stay here again.

Booked because advertised they had hot breakfast, but not conveyed until arrival they did not. Ended up costing more than anticipated since it meant an extra meal to cover each day. Granola bar and coffee is not a suitable breakfast especially for kids. Places suggested for food delivery would not even provide service to hotel. Hotel needs to update information sheets they provide. Called in advance to inquire about crib and were told at check-in one would be brought to room. But none was actually available. Awful internet. Staff unhelpful and unknowledgeable even with answering general questions. Check-in and getting settled a hassle. Front desk told us to pull into a certain space to unload car close to our suite, but another guest got upset and belligerent with us when we tried to do so. It was a haul to unload and load from a non-adjacent parking. No linens for the pull-out bed and not enough towels for our entire family. No housekeeping or refresh service, so had to go up front numerous times for items. One of the bedroom lights was never fixed as reported. Dirty and stained carpets. Dishwasher is worthless. Noisy property. Dogs barking, others not courteous stomping and being loud late at night and early mornings, etc. Upon early checkout, called front desk to let them know we were leaving as soon as we loaded car. Within minutes, housekeeping barged into the room unannounced as we were gathering up kids and finishing up. Felt as if we were being pushed out.

2 bedrooms with 2 baths help our family of 6 feel VERY comfortable! We ENJOY cooking our own meals/not eating out as our special needs son isn't comfortable about, but this allowed us to visit our family and have our own home base/place to stay when we needed to get away from extended family.

My family really enjoyed the basketball court. The property was very clean. Appliances are up to date. I think the furniture is a little outdated, but still nice.

My family stated in a 2 bedroom suite for 5 days. I was very pleased with the size of the rooms and the cleanliness of the beds, bathroom and kitchen areas. The kitchen is equipped with plates, utensils, etc. The staff were very friendly. I could hear the neighbors walking around, but it wasn't too big of an issue. Due to COVID-19, the breakfast is a small bag of water, muffin and granola bar. Although I would stay again, I felt the floors and walls could be cleaned better. Also due to COVID, there is no cleaning service available during your stay. They do not provide any cleaning product for you to help keep the room clean yourself. I asked to borrow a broom and was told there was only one for everyone to share and I would have to come back later to see if it was available.

The whole room was dingy and felt dirty when we got in our room. It felt like we couldn’t even walk around without shoes in the room. Hair left on the floor, food on handles, proof the room wasn’t cleaned everywhere you looked.There was blood on the bathroom door and boogers on the wall. The bed sheets were not clean and we went and bought our own to use. The room smelt like mildew. The whole property has a mildew smell throughout the entire property. Pet feces not picket up by pet owners not to mention they didn’t mention on the website that there was a $75 charge for pets that I only found out about when I checked into the hotel. The room above me was having a party and very loud (during thanksgiving and COVID). We only slept here and was out with family during our entire time but the pictures and reviews on Expedia, the hotel site is just not true at all. I would never stay here again. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here.

Stayed with family for a night. Everything was amazing.

Upon check in, because we booked through hotels.com they could not make any changes including adding in a veterans discount for our family member who joined us at the last minute. There was no housekeeping services available during our stay.  If we wanted to switch our towels we had to take them to the front desk ourselves. The hotel was old and had very noticeable signs of wear and tear.  The corners of the rooms and in the bathroom were black from neglected housekeeping. The bed skirts were stained.  The couch was stained.The grounds were very dilapidated and dirty. The pool was closed. The kitchen was bare, the dishes were in the dishwasher which still had soap in the soap dispenser. Either the dishwasher didn't work properly or housekeeping didn't bother to run the cycle. We wanted somewhere that could accommodate our family but the lack of cleanliness meant our family was very uncomfortable.For $250/ night,  STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We didn’t get to stay because the hotel (that we booked online with hotels.com) was over booked. Family of 6 traveling from Texas and we were stuck without a room at midnight with little kids.

I drove for hours to hotel.arrived at 11pm..room was prepaid and apparently in the Sonesta website....a credit card ..ON TOP OF THAT is required for OVER the amount of stay...so my 2 night stay would costs me $450..The night clerk was horribly rude and when I explained we had been on road for more that 4 hrs, she got an att6and started quoting the company policy of the EXTRA $250 deposit required by hotel?????Apparently, this hotel is not reputable where it needs a whole months rent for 2 NIGHTS....and from the way the lobby and parking lot lookefd, no one stayed there very often.I understand the policy is printed in SoNesta website, but ..this is Hotels.com. i didnt even go to there site.So we had NO MONEY AND NOWHERE TO STAY and the woman so rude and didnt not try to offer any solution or help, or even suggestions. It was apparent she fought with patrons about this often.I can tell you how devastating and horrible this was and not being to attend my sons college tour and workout. I am a single mother of 5 and a nurse of 20 yrs, 2 children in college, 2 on the way...my money doesn't grow on trees, or from anyone except myself.I had to pay for these nights i didnt stay...and was given no offer for refund Or even info about the area,maybe ...TRY ANYTHING to help a family in a other state and 4 hrs from home, and nowhere to stay.I am not wanting anything for free, just reimburse my stay!! I was there on time, I showed up, it was paid for..just unnacceptable service.

loved my stay, i was skeptical at first casue this was my first time here, now it will be my go to hotel. its very nice, they provide you wiith pots and pans and silverware, perfect for a family stay and comfortable. grab n go break fast becasue of covid which included a muffin granola bar and bottled water.

At first when we arrived there was something wrong with the computer. Wasn’t able to check in for hours. Fortunately the person at front desk was kind enough to put the food we brought in their refrigerator. Hours later once we checked in, went to our ADA 2 bedroom suite, we noticed the same we had with another room. A little dusty in a few places, old furniture in the living room, torn furniture, wobbly table. Our visit was mostly pleasant this time. Not loud area and seemed safe. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Pull out needs to be replaced. Table needs to be repaired as the legs are loose. Some dishes in dishwasher were dirty so didn’t use them as much. Grab and go breakfast was not great (water, muffin, granola bar) but appreciated for the bottled water. Check out process was easy and quick. Overall I feel our family maybe would stay there again if we absolutely needed to. Otherwise I would pass. Multiple updates needed for furniture pieces. Appreciated that the odd smell that was in our king room the prior visit wasn’t there this time. Instead a cleaning bleach smell when we first arrived and could tell the bathrooms had been cleaned at least. I feel this hotel is doing their best and the staff cares about those who visit. In general I feel like the entire Westport area is just generally run down and every hotel in need of updates.

Room was everything we needed. Was in town for business but brought m family along. We were disappointed the pool was still closed, but hotel was clean. Pet friendly was a plus. Felt like a safe area. Would stay again.

We enjoyed having 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a kitchen. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. The pool was closed, so we were bummed about that and the wifi did not reach our room. It is a 20-30 minute drive to most attractions, but it is not bad at all. There is aldi and a circle k right down the road.

Room was very clean and comfortable.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  We had a king/queen 2br suite and it was perfect for our family of  five.  Will definitely stay here again when in the St. Louis area.

Very nice, comfortable, roomy place for our family. We enjoyed having an oven/stove and fridge to make a quick dinner and hot breakfast. (The grab-and-go breakfast was only a granola bar, muffin and water bottle.) Everything was clean and tidy. It’s a bit older, but in good repair. It was quite close to Trader Joe’s, a nice perk. The sofa bed could use an update... the cushions are well worn and the mattress was quite springy.

It's just a good place to stay with family.

Stayed here several times for business and leisure. It is my first option when coming to StL. Always great service, clean and comfortable.  Great place for traveling with your family.

We spent 9 nights as a family with two small kids at Sonesta Westport and would stay again. The 2br suite is very nice a spacious. The service staff is excellent. A bit understaffed during the pandemic though. A lot of stress on the 1 person in charge of the front desk and distributing supplies to guests.  The carpeting in the common area had stains and not as thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The furniture was worn and had an overall look that reminded you many other people have lived in this space. Comfortable beds and space for the kids to play will have us coming back.

I had a great stay with a family of 5 we had a 2 bd 2 bath apt. It was lovely would definitely stay at this property again. Make sure to check the dishwasher for the dishes tho it’s about 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis but for us I didn’t mind the drive cuz the stay was so amazing

OMG! This is the type of hotels my family loves to stay in. The room was sooooo spacious and pretty. It felt like we had rented a small apartment. You get to have your own kitchen with full size stove, microwave and fridge. It even has a dishwasher. Nice spacious "living room/dining room" with a good size tv. The bedroom is comfortable and you also get another tv here. There is some complains about it. Our toilet kept running all day & night. The tub's drain was clogged we think because the water never drained while we took showers. And make sure you clean your appliances before you use them. I had to clean the whole coffee maker because it looked like it was never cleaned since it got bought. Other than that, this is a beautiful property with amazing rooms.

The furniture was not in the best condition. The sofa was ripped, the dishes were dirty(inside dishwasher), queen bathroom ceiling was water stained, the table leg was broken, & the people above us had kids that ran back and forth ALL NIGHT & EARLY MORNING. I had to call the front desk to request for quiet hrs on the 2nd night. I’ve stayed here a few times and had pleasant stays but not this time. Maybe these are the rooms you get when you book thru a 3rd party instead of the hotel directly.
