Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Joseph, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and staff kept everything replenished and clean! I will stay again on my next visit to st joseph to visit family.

There were 2 problems with our stay. 1. The pool had way to much chlorine that after maybe 30 minutes my sons eyes were burning and bright red. He hurt and couldn’t keep his eyes open. I washed them out with water and contact saline. Applied a cold compress to his eyes. Took several hours before he could open his eyes without them hurting. 2. We were on the second floor and the family above us let their kid run and jump all day and into late night. Then up at 6am to run and jump again. I explained all this to the front desk and was told they would let the manager know. We stay at a lot of hotels and most of the time it is Holliday Inn. I was really surprised at how this stay was.

Well kept property! Too many kids at breakfast screaming and crying with no parents taking care of them. Most annoying part of the stay! Room was wonderful and I rested well.

Stopped over for the night with my family. Everything was good for us. No complaints at all!

We were extremely late checking in and asked about a late check out and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful.. my kids loved the pool, we’d definitely stay again..

Clean, friendly staff, exactly as advertised, great pool for the kids, good location and close to amenities. We will definitely stay again!

We are a Hilton family, but in St. Joseph - we only stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It is clean and the decor is up to date. The breakfast is fresh and well-stocked. The bed is SO COMFORTABLE!
