Drury Inn & Suites St Joseph

Good trip. The room was comfortable and clean and met our needs well for the 4 of us. We used the hotel as our home base as we visited family about 40 min away in Maryville. The hotel’s location rt by the highway was part of why we chose it.

The staff was amazing. Enjoyed the free drinks and dinner after being on road. Then ro top off the evening we got to soak in rhe hottub. The children in the pool was really loud so we didnt stay as long as i would of liked

The check in was very good. We decided to get an extra room when we arrived and the manager worked with us to make sure we had connecting rooms. The process was smooth and she was able to do it. The rooms seemed to have been updated recently with 55 inch flat panel TVs newer wall coverings newer flooring and carpet. Room was very clean and everything worked fridge tv lights etc. Air conditioning cooled the room to a comfortable level on a 90 plus Missouri Day. We ate the kickstart good for a free cheap meal for us but it was just some basic hot food and a few tap beers mixed drinks and sodas Little kids probably would have only liked the hot dogs and chips. Breakfast was the standard hotel food just enough to keep the average business traveler or family satisfied. Pool was warm and clean and hot tub was a hot tub not a warm pool. Pool area was above average size with ample seating for about 10 families. Common areas very clean and modern.

Loved the hospitality of the staff. Unfortuantely you can't control other hotel guests and when someone decides to smoke pot in the stairwell and the fire alarm goes off at midnight it does make for a less than enjoyable stay. Especially when you have two small children. The hotel looks a little worn but the staff's kindness and readily available service is top notch!!!

the staff was so accommodating for our family gathering of 16 adults. Making sure we had everything we needed as we hung out mostly in the dining area Saturday night and Sunday morning

Saturday appetizer's which were a full meal and the hot breakfast was quite filling. The patio was nice to have a cocktail & sit outside & visit with family. The pool water looked very unappealing and no interest in taking in pool time. Hot-tub area was much more clean & appealingl

Checked in late at night. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, but was fine. I’ve worked that shift and I wasn’t happy either. Good location, clean, safe, well lit, plenty of parking on a holiday weekend, front door is key card access only after hours which is nice when traveling with kids.

This hotel is a half-way stop to visit family and we enjoy the dinner and drinks as much as the breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I wish they could use more disposable paper products for the drinks they serve but I understand the plastic cups.

We stayed so our girls could swim the hot tub and pool was dirty and there was adults in it drinking and doing inappropriate things and I had to tell the front desk about it and my kids didn’t get to swim at all do to them not stopping it then I was not taking them back down because I felt like it was going to make my kids sick because I didn’t know what was in the pool and hot tub very unsatisfactory
