Best Western Plus Lee's Summit Hotel & Suites

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed playing in the pool! The entrance sign needs to be a little more visible.

Great place to stay with our family!

First of all, the staff were all very efficient and pleasant, front desk to housekeeping. The room was very clean, well thought out and didn’t lack any amenities. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was working perfectly. The only complaint I would have is that the water in the area is so soft that you have all that leftover soap when you rinse and rinse. It made the tub dangerously slick, threw a hand towel down to shower so I wouldn’t fall. It was actually a bit scary. Otherwise, great stay, would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We had a large family with multiple dogs above us and the walls are thin. It sounded like a heard of elephants every time someone went up or down the stairs. The breakfast was good but the weekend service for breakfast was awkward.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus was pretty typical. The room was overall very clean and I have pretty high standards for that. There was little bit of a faint odor, but it wasn't terrible. I assume maybe the room isn't used a ton. We weren't there much, only to sleep so it didn't bother us too bad. The breakfast wasn't awesome, but that was just my family's taste. There were a lot of choices, but the quality was lacking a bit. Probably the most annoying thing about the whole trip was that I wanted to pay cash for my room and was told I'd have to put down another $100 in cash that I would get back at the end to do so. However, we didn't take that much extra cash for me to leave that and have any spending money so I still had to charge the room to my card.
