This property had very friendly staff, good breakfasts. It was very convenient to everything we needed to do and has restaurants within walking distance. The people here really knew the area and shared recommendations. Comfortable beds and nice size rooms. On the downside, there were a lot of noisy kids at the pool when we were there and the rooms are not that well soundproofed so you could hear a lot.

Came to Kansas City for family wedding, just styed one night but we were allowed to check in early so we were able to change in to dress clothes for wedding in mid afternoon! Kids got to swim and hot tub after wedding so they were happy!

Our room, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and well maintained. Beds were soft, and plenty of hot water for showers. The pool and hot tub were both operating and an extra amenity my family enjoyed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including hot food.

My daughters and I stayed in a King room and it was great! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. We had 2 tvs so they had their own and it was nice having the sofa bed and chair by the bed as well. The pool and hot tub are always warm and perfect for adults and kids and we even had it all to ourselves which was amazing! One of the ladies at breakfast was so kind as well (I don't know her name unfortunately but she was talking to my girls and to other customers and so friendly when we walked in even). We enjoy this hotel each time we stay.

Location was ideal. We had several families staying in 6 rooms. Gathering in the lounge was very nice. Fitness room had all the space and equipment we use. Pool water was just too cold, but a nice facility. Room 135 bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. One bed was heavenly, the other lumpy. Staff and service were great!

We couldn't really use the pool and hot tub during our stay because there were always far too many people, especially ruckus children splashing and yelling. We found out from the front desk that they have a sister hotel down the road and their pool area was closed, so they were allowing their guests to use our facilities. I can understand their decision, but there just wasn't enough room to allow that, nor was the staff doing anything to monitor the situation.

The staff went above and beyond. All so polite and so helpful. The room was nice and the food was good. Breakfast until 10am on the weekends was so nice! Pool hours until 10pm. Our family of 6 baby fit comfortably.

This was one of my greatest stays! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I loved how the hotel was very family oriented with the accommodations! I stayed 3 nights and 4 days and will definitely be booking here for anytime I need a hotel stay!

It was really a pleasure staying there with my family. The people in charge of the front desk were excellent, they attended my children (9, 7 and 2 years old) with a lot of patience and they really fulfilled all their requests; It was wonderful. The Sr. in charge of the kitchen, at breakfast also had a very nice detail with my children, so my children were completely happy and that was the best for me. Thank you very much for all your attention! 😃😀😃
