Spacious rooms and fun pool for the kids. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Wasn’t super impressed with room cleanliness. Found dog hair in the bed and human hair in the bathtub.

The room was clean. Bed I was comfortable . Towels could be better. The best feature at this hotel was free nice breakfast and free nice afternoon snacks/meals. If you have big family with lots of kids, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s way worth it!! Kid friendly environment. We will stay there again!

The staff was incredible from the Kick-Back (which is more a full meal then just appetizers) to the Amazing breakfast! The moment that stood out most though was when a staff member came into the pool section (about 8pm) and started handing out popsicles to all the kids!! It was so incredible kind and just another reason to always go with this hotel when in town!!

My experience at this hotel was AMAZING! It was close to Arrow Head stadium. We were there for Monster Jam weekend! When we got back to the hotel for the night my son had an emergency and we called 911. We spent the night in the ER with him. We called the hotel and just amazing care they gave my family. Berna thank you for being so kind and helpful. You have no idea how much I was at ease knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything with the room. They also have an amazing breakfast bar. They had biscuits and gravy which my son loves. You guys made our weekend. Thank you so much!!

Children pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Security should have seen unsupervised children on cameras and corrected it.

Very nice hotel. Great location, easy to get in and out and lots of restaurants close by. Front desk service was very good and my grand kids loved the free popcorn in the lobby. Evening snacks and drinks were a plus!

I have visited your property a few times suite with separate bedroom and LR with dog bed for two. Need need to install a chair in the MBR. When family is sleeping on the sofa there is no place to sit down in the master BR to read or get dressed

Loved the food you provided. Loved the location. What I did not like. Kids in hot tub and a lot of them. Also kids were very loud in pool area.

This hotel was a completely unexpectedly great experience for our family on our trip to see a concert at Arrowhead. We had plenty of space, and the unexpected bonus of the complimentary"Kickback Happy Hour," which included drinks and a really good meal of pulled pork, baked beans, steamed veggies, and baked potatoes. The included breakfast was also great. Such a pleasant surprise!
