Wonderful hotel a bit off from the highway. The door lock to the restroom wasn’t working but being with family; it didn’t matter much. The room was spacious and nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and made checking in easy and quick.

We didn't like the room because the shower head was broken and would only spay into corner the corner. The main reason we choose this hotel was because of the nice swimming pool. The pool was closed and drained under maintenance. This wasn't noted on booking! The floors in breakfast area were dirty. The carpet in hallway by our room was very dirty with some construction materials laying in hallway. The breakfast on second morning was lacking. This won't be our first or second choice the next time were in town to visit family!

I made a reservation weeks ago for myself, my husband and our 2 kids (twin teenagers) I reserved 2 Queen beds. We get here and go to check in and the guy at the front tells us the reservation is for 2 and that we need to get another room for our kids. I tell him they are part of the reservation and they are minors and that’s not going to happen. He keeps telling me they can’t stay in our room and we have to get a separate reservation. After several minutes of arguing, he tells us they can stay in our room, but don’t let his boss see on the cameras or he’s going to get in trouble. He sat the keys down and walked off. Didn’t tell us where the room was. Didn’t tell us about breakfast. Just walked off. We spend thousands on hotel rooms a year between the D1 hockey team we run, and the travel teams our kids play for. We will NEVER stay here or another hotel in this franchise again. I’ve contacted corporate already in the off chance there’s any way you guys are associated with them.

The facility was ok. Well priced. The real turnoff was when we first checked in the staff (which I assume live there), had all of their small children running around and jumping on furniture barefoot. It was more like a daycare facility rather than a hotel. Had there been another option we would have walked out of the hotel before checking in.

I made my reservation a week in advance. I called several times to confirm my reservation. my child and I get to the hotel and there are a bunch of people in the lobby waiting around because the hotel was overbooked. They tried to charge me an extra $90 for a smaller room with one bed instead of 2 like the room that I had originally booked and paid for in full. Gross place, black lookingstains all over the furniture, dirty sheets (I always bring my own for this reason), bathroom smelled like a sewage tank, hair was in the bathtub and on the pillow cases. The lock on the door didn’t work so I had to move furniture in front of the door. Bed was half made when we entered the room, chair cushions were on the floor. Staff decided their personal conversations were more important than attending the front desk when myself and 3 other families were trying to check out.

The gentleman at the desk was super friendly and professional. The room had dog food on the floor and one roll of toilet paper was empty. The outside of the tub was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling and mirror. There was a woman in the lobby with an infant and what looked to be a two year old. The two year old ran outside so my daughter ran after it because the woman wasn’t watching it. It ran right out to where the cars pull up. The woman finally came around and stated the dad was outside and watching and does it all the time. No the dad was on the bench talking on the phone and had no clue the little one was out there. Wasn’t watching what so ever. My daughter stood out there for a couple of minutes until the toddler came back inside. The next morning the continental breakfast had several things out and waited several minutes. I told the super friendly lady and she was working on it. She was filling in just trying to help and was apologetic. The staff super friendly and professional!
