This is a great hotel for what i need. Very close to my family and plenty of parking. There are a couple times each year where this gets pretty busy. The rest ofnthe time it is smooth sailing. There is a Tesla charging station in back for those with an EV. Restaurant is nice. No complaints.

The check in process was easy and the room was clean. The pool area was nice my kids really enjoy it. The beds were comfy and after 11pm it was quite in the hotel for the most part.

Pretty standard for a H inn Express as far as the rooms go. Cleanliness and housekeeping were good and checking in/out were easy. Breakfast is not complimentary. When we had breakfast, there was one kid handling everything and it was obvious he was new. He did the best he could but the cook was also new and made some mistakes. Pretty minor really, the hotel is 10 minutes from downtown Columbia where there are other great eateries.

The pull out bed was nothing but springs and broken and there were hairs (not from our family) in the bath. The most frustrating thing was that we had to pay over $50 for breakfast that had less options then the free breakfast at many hotels. It was a disappointing stay.
