We took our grandchildren to Branson for a few days. The room was big and not cramped at all. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Our server Valerie was fantastic.

We have stayed at the Clarion twice now, after the first time being stranded by another hotel and the Clarion graciously saving our entire family of 12 from a doomed vacation start, we decided to go to them again when my husband and I decided to get away for a few days. We stayed in a king suite and the bed was firm and comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft, but who complains about pillows being too soft? Everything was clean and the room didn't have the musty smell that some rooms get from pets or being shut up too long. We stayed in early March this time, and the winter "closed up" smell is very apparent this time of year in some hotels. The room smelled pretty nice, which is always a plus. About the only thing we found wrong with the room, was that the towel bar in the bathroom had been pulled out of the wall pretty far(rm614) but other then that, we had plenty of towels for our 3 night stay, our white bedding was crisp and clean and the balcony view was awesome. They could get better tv channels, but that's a small issue.

No dressers for 5 days! I have never been to a motel or hotel that had no dressers. So my family and I had to live out of our bags for 5 days. Stayed here many times. The breakfast wasn’t great. The floor was incredibly sticky while getting breakfast. I won’t be staying there again.

We stayed 2 nights with our 2 kids. The check in was easy. Got there around 4. The rooms were clean, beds comfy. The pools were both good size and nice. They ran out of towels though. The breakfast was hot, fresh, plenty to eat. I wish the restaurant and lounge would re open. It is hard to get in and out of that area to go somewhere to eat. Lots of traffic!! We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet and conveniently located to area shopping restaurants and entertainment. Loved having indoor pool and hot tub as well as breakfast for our family. Enjoyable stay

There was a huge disturbance. We had to call 911 on 2 separate occasions throughout one night. Screaming and fighting in the room next to us. We were scared for our family. The hotel did nothing to compensate us. We barely slept at all. My 3 young children were terrified. Hotel didn't seem to care at all. Said manager would call us to check with us, but never did. Apparently they don't care about your safety or stay
