Americas Best Value Inn Tupelo Barnes Crossing

Was driving cross country and needed a no frills, cost effective room to put the family in for the night that was close to a variety of food choices. Little strange to interact through a bank teller type window for check in but it got the job done.

I accidentally booked the wrong location in tupelo. There are two hotels named exactly the same but different location. I discovered this four hours before we were to arrive. I tried calling but no one would answer. I had to call hotels.com to get the booking changed to the other location because I was traveling with family and needed to stay together. Thankful for hotels.com for getting me the right location booked over the phone. I continued to contact this hotel aftwr multiple tries and no one would refund my money.

it was close to event and eating places. Beds were very comfy. It advertises breakfast, but the lobby area for breakfast was locked everymorning and no food was ever put out. With 11 kids in our party that was something we looked for in our choice of motel. We ended up staying over a third night, but went to another motel with breakfast.
