This hotel is nice and new, has a modern feel. Front desk staff was super, friendly and prompt. Room is small but has everything we needed. It looked out on the parking lot and was fairly quiet. I love that the floors are laminate, easier to clean! Beds were comfy enough. We would stay here again. The bathroom needs some overhauls. The toilet rocked/scooted and made a loud noise every time you sat on it, even my kids. Tighten those bolts please!

Friendly helpful desk clerk. Modern facilities. Even a pool table and games for children and adults. Tupelo easily accessible.

This hotel was very nice. The only complaints I have are the following: no dresser for you clothes; no closet (only 6 hangers); people above our heads were super loud. They jumped over our heads constantly kept allowing kids to run, stump & jump throughout over our heads early morning hours. This was reported but did not stop them.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the last few weeks with my young children and we loved it! It was super clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, breakfast had tons of options, and it felt very safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Love the upbeat decor and feel of the property. Didn’t like not having a coffee maker in our room. Wish they would have built in a pool for the kids.

I was very happy at check in with the front desk Ckerk, as well as with my room. All the staff was friendly on the first day. My name was on the tv when I walked into my king room. I felt very welcomed! The room was very clean. The housekeeper was very nice! The morning staff, however didn’t speak to me while I was eating, and in several instances they were standing right next to me. There was an elderly Caucasian female who started cleaning while I was eating, so I’m sure she saw me there. This has not been my experience at your other locations, but this location disappointed me in treatment, and I stayed there 3 days. The family area with the pool table, game area, access to computers, and the gym are also a welcomed benefit!
