Once a month I travel from East Tennessee to Tupelo for visits with my grandkids for 3 days or more. We have stayed in many hotels but now prefer to stay at Red Roof because of the young lady who works at the front desk on day shifts mostly who always has a kind word an smile for us. She is professional, helpful and dedicated to her job from how good she is with us. We truly appreciate the clean rooms, safety, hotel staff, availability and consistency from all the people who are working with red roof. Thank you

Staff was friendly. The bed was comfy. Shady people walking around late at night. Cameras all over the parking lot were a big red flag. I was nervous my car would be broken into. Ok for a man traveling alone. I wouldn’t take a wife or kids here.

The property and room was clean and well maintained. We had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. There was a ton of room to move and for our kid to play. Bathroom was huge and very clean. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We chose this hotel specifically because they had a pool and free breakfast. They decided to shock the pool in the midde of the day during pool hours so our kids couldn't use the pool. There was NO complimentary breakfast and we had to buy poptarts for the kids, even though they have signs that say there is complimentary breakfast. The floor in our room was sticky and made our feet black.

I do not get the good reviews of this place. Our room had a huge cockroach we had to kill upon entering. The floor was so gross my kids feet were black in less than 5 minutes. (see picture 1) I used a clean towel and got water on it and wiped the floor (picture 2). This proves it is not mopped! One of the beds was decent but the other one I could feel the springs. The breakfast is just a pastry and apple. They are set up to serve breakfast so not sure if they do not because of “covid” still or lack of staffing. I thought the place was overpriced for what we got. I didn’t realize the room door were on the outside as the picture is not very clear on that. That typically is indicative of a cheaper hotel so I may not have books if I knew that.

This hotel was ok. Room was clean but had a stuffy smell to it. Didn't feel safe going out of room at night because of people hanging out on balconies, stairs, and patio. Not enough towels in room for a family of 3. The service was friendly. Pool was clean.
