La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Starkville at MSU

The property is clean and well stocked. This was our second stay here. We reserved two rooms as we were getting close to the area. Upon arrival, Ebony informed us that the systems had just went down, and she would be unable to get us checked in. She was very cheerful, and apologized for the inconvenience. We went to eat nearby, and as our food arrived, Ebony called to let us know she had checked us in, and all was ready, at our convenience. After a long day of travel with my young child and older parents, her kindness, determination, and humor were just what we needed. She was fun, helpful, & deserves recognition for handling a stressful situation in a very professional & courteous manner! Thank you, Ebony & team! We'll definitely be back, again!

I drove 10 and a half hours to come down for my grandma funeral and to get placed in a room where I received NO rest because of the people above me with kids running and walking and stomping until about 2:00 in the morning every night.

Looked brand new and was super convenient to Rick’s Cafe (concert venue and the reason for our trip). We were only there for 1 night but everything was very nice. My ONLY complaint, and not even that big of a deal, was checkout was listed at 11 or 12 and the cleaning staff banged on our door at 9am…and I mean BANGED. We were hoping to sleep a little later after the late concert but were sleeping like babies up to that point.
