Days Inn by Wyndham Tunica Resorts

We were excited to get away for the night with no kids. Our air at home was also struggling to keep up, so we were thankful to get to our hotel with air conditioning. We checked in and got to our room. Somebody had turned the air completely off and it was 95 outside. Pretty sure it had been off at least a day. We checked in close to 5 and left about 7:30 and it was still pretty hot. We did get a box fan from the front desk to try to help circulate the air. Luckily, we left for a couple of hours and when we got back, our room had finally cooled down to about 75. Once our room cooled down even more, it was fine. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

There’s a noisy family a couple of doors down. So, thin walls? Want to tell them “inside voices”… but what can you do? Well, there’s hardly anyone in this hotel tonight. Maybe not put us this close to the crying baby family, and avoid noise complaints. A little forethought is an amazing concept.

The staff was super kind to my family. The hotel stayed clean. It was all over a good experience.

The staff was very kind. My only issue was with our first room and somewhat with the room we were moved to. The first room smelled like death. The second room was a smoking room and I had to move my children in there as well. Both rooms were putrid.

The hotel was very noisy throughout my stay, including people shouting periodically throughout the night in the lobby and hallways and children running around screaming for hours on end. The breakfast was set up a half hour late the first morning I was there, and it was just juice, cereal and muffins. Front desk service was indifferent at best. I was checked into a dirty room.

We didn’t get to stay upon check in was informed that my reservation was cancelled due to my credit card was decline they run the card in the morning I lock my card due to lost and waited until it arrive which I have the new card with me but they won’t accept it no reservations no availability we were turn away and I received no email about it from the property nor hotels. Com I want them off the site so rude bad customer service he said since my card was decline so my reservation was cancelled but when I look on site it’s still available and waiting on me to check in or cancel or change my reservations so I don’t understand what happen never in years that I’ve dealt in hotels. Com that I was so mistreated in front of my family and friends bc we all book at the same hotel

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived we have stay in several hotels in Tunica to gamble..but this was a great experience me and my family will make this our go to from now on and rates are excellent 10 stars..💓💓
